Front desk people are pleasant, but ongoing problems with residents getting their mail has continued for years. My bank statement never arrived. I receive "informed mail delivery" notifications, which confirms that mail went to the Meachum distribution center and was scanned in. Then it left for the Keller P.O. No help from the customer service line or the Supervisor at Keller. The postmaster never returned calls. I watch the temporary mail carriers check the mail before putting in the mailbox. They have to turn off the truck, get out and walk door to door to hand deliver the mail that is mixed up in the bundles. read more

I've used this post office and the Haltom City one many times, with no issues. This one is super busy, mainly because of the location. They are able to move the line quickly and politely as well. read more

Returns mail and packages as " Not deliverable as addressed" for no valid reason - mail service erratic - receive others mail and never receive mail sent to my address.. First time at this post office and what I love is that it's open late til 6:30pm!!!! Which is a godsend as the post offices closer to my home in Mansfield all close at 5pm (ironically that's also when most people get off work and are actually free to mail things). Seriously. An extra hour and a half is truly a blessing. Anyways, there were customers in front of me having issues with a mail carrier mixing up packages at their nearby apartment, which really sucks, but for what I needed to do... attempt to figure out the speeds of the oh-so-confusing-shipping options and mail out a few packages... I've had nothing but a smooth experience here. Pleasant encounters with the clerks (got back in line three times to ask questions that were always gladly answered), a friendly, smiling manager helping out his clerks as they churned through the never ending line (very rare find at post offices!!), clean organized lobby space, spacious standing area... theres a small kiosk outside to self print labels too if you don't want to wait in line. I actually really appreciate the number of clerks they had working (3 + the manager) as opposed to the usual 1 or 2 at every other PO location. The extra employee makes a huge difference! People were just zipping in and out even though there was always a line present. Was probably why I was able to get back in there 3 times. The employees here are rude. One lady made my get back in line because my boxes didn't have shipping labels...this was after I informed her there weren't any labels for people to grab. She continued to speak to me rudely in front of other people while I wrote my labels in line. I get that you hate your job, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude to your customers. read more

btw: the number listed is NOT the right number. that's a fax number. it's 817.431.4722 I just called up to politely ask why I got two of my three Priority Mail packages (that were scheduled today based on their own site) were delivered but the third one wasn t. The person barely speaking english that answered said "well if it doesn't say delivered then it must have been delayed and maybe it ll come tomorrow bye" and literally hung up on me. I don't think I've ever been hung up on by a business. This is unbelievable. If you check and it looks like it might be delayed, say "man sorry, looks like it should be there tomorrow." That'd be fine. But to not check and hang up on me? I can't even begin to describe the impoliteness and unprofessionalism. This isn't even the first bad experience with this PO. I have arranged for Priority mail pick up in 76244. The mail lady came to get the package and tell me "DO NOT ARRANGE THE PICK UP AGAIN, JUST PUT IN THE MAIL BOX AND I WILL GET IT" Well, she should look at the package that not fit in the mail box..Duh....Then next time I have the package that fit in the mail box and I did not bother her to arrange the pick up online, I put it in the mail box and that mail lady did not pick it up, she just ignored the package, she put mails in the mail box but the package she did not pick it up, made my mail delay. This post office employees was very rude with customers once I came in personal to send mail, ever since, I do all my packages online. They did not realized that part of my money is on their paycheck every weeks. Why not anyone can discipline those rude employees? I have never been in a place where the workers are so rude and hate their jobs so much as the Post Office in Keller The model of inefficiency and total lack of people skills is prevalent and obviously required. EVERY visit I see a Postal working being rude with customers. I will drive to Southlake if I have to use USPS. I bet these workers don't even live in Keller. After all the reviews I read here I was prepared to have a negative experience myself. And it was, before we met Louisa Bell - one of the nicest ladies I have ever met working for the Post office! Fast, efficient, helpful and extremely patient! She was helping people address and pay for their packages outside on the self-service kiosk. She even had some treats for our little girl! Tried to talk to the neighborhood driver for the first time in 13 yrs. He had zero time for me and drove away in mid question. It was laughable really, I guess he wanted to get home lol. The manager at the Keller office was ok so no issues there. I have recieved mediocre service from our local post office delivery at best. Consistantly get others mail and deliver the mistakes ourselves. Never even thought about reviewing usps until today. Its just one of those things you take for granted but they should be accountable for poor service as well. Cmon us postal service, you can do better. This is the absolute worst post office in the area. The workers are all rude and want to move you out of line as soon as possible. I shipped a package to Tokyo, Japan with no tracking or insurance and it got there fine. The one time I try and buy tracking and insurance is where I get screwed over. 2 day PRIORITY mail to Oregon, it's been over a month and half and I have had no update on the package since. If you like LOSING MONEY, then be my guest and go there. I'm out $200+ because of this post office and they refuse to do anything about it. Worst customer service in history. I go to this post office multiple times per week to ship for a small business. My experiences have been completely opposite of the majority of the reviews I'm seeing on here. So opposite that I'm now sitting down to write a review of a post office. What a world. Here it goes: The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I have any questions. I had no idea about shipping overseas or getting packages through customs and all of this was explained to me when they could see I was a bit lost. I've also never seen any of the employees show any type of rude behavior to anyone in the lobby. Most people end up pleasantly chatting while going through the payment steps once they're through the line. The lines can get a bit long during rush hours but that is easily avoided by not going during rush hours. They're typically more than adequately staffed with at least two registers open and one person asking for anyone who is picking up, dropping off, or needing any other service that doesn't require a monetary transaction. I also live in the 76244 zip code and I've only had one package that wasn't delivered even after my tracking number said it was. I called the office, they took down the information needed and I had found my package the next day. I honestly can't tell if my experiences have been totally unique, although that seems unlikely since I'm in their office so often, if the staff has been completely changed out, or if other people are just complaining about very minuscule and pointless things. I've always had a good experience here and will continue to frequent this location until that changes. read more

I realize that the holiday season is extremely busy, but this is not the first problem I have had with this post office. Today, I visited the post office because tracking on my package indicated that it had arrived in Keller, they sent it to Denton, then Denton labeled it as "Missent". This is 4 days later, so I asked the clerk about this & he basically told me that it did not come to Keller as the tracking stated it was in Keller and Denton on the same day. I was not in the mood for arguing, but my document said it was in Keller at 3am, then Denton at 2pm. I just decided to keep my blood pressure in check and just keep my fingers crossed & hope that my Christmas gift will find it's way to my Keller home by tomorrow. In my previous experience, my mail was on hold and they lost one package and told me I had probably lost it on the way home, then I received it a month later. This just blows my mind that this office can operate in this manner. I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. read more

Dear Postmaster: Mere words cannot possibly express my frustration with the quality of service provided by your Post Office. (Or lack thereof.) My husband and I have lived in the same house, located in the Heritage subdivision of Tarrant County, for almost twelve years. During this time we have seen many changes to our postal delivery system--and none of them for the better. We began with a mailing address of Keller, TX 76248. Then changed to Keller, TX 76244. Then Fort Worth, TX 76244, and so on. Each time we have dutifully ground our teeth and spent hours filling out change of address requests for both businesses and acquaintances the world over. We have ordered new stationary and return labels, amended any relevant electronic contact information, and experienced the horrific task of obtaining updated driver's licenses. And each time our postal service has declined more and more. In fact, in the last year alone, I have: - Had two longtime magazine subscriptions cancelled--by the magazine--because according to the Post Office, my address no longer exists. (Mind you, this is the "correct" address: Fort Worth, TX 76244-6159.) - Placed an order on February 3rd which supposedly (according to the tracking number) arrived at your Post Office on February 9th, that finally showed up (without explanation) in my mailbox mid-June. - Had deliveries misdirected to: Sanger, TX, Burleson, TX (twice), Carrollton, TX, Fort Collins, CO, and Forest Park, IL. (Among others whose tracking numbers are no longer active.) - Never received innumerable shipments from various friends, family members, and businesses. And these are all just the most recent issues and those which I can immediately call to mind. Yesterday, however, was the final straw. I was expecting a delivery From Belk Department Stores. (A merchant I frequently order from and have never had any previous trouble with in regards to receiving deliveries.) It contained an outfit purchased for my 21st Wedding Anniversary and a Birthday present for my Mother. (Among other things.) My Mail Carrier ran at 7:33 P.M. (An utterly ridiculous time for mail to be running off-peak, but the norm anymore.) Unfortunately, the expected package was not delivered. To my extreme frustration, I checked the tracking number online and discovered that your post office had deemed my parcel as "Incorrect address, unable to deliver" and returned it to the sender. After an utterly fruitless hour of attempting to speak with a human being via phone, chat, e-mail, and Morse code, I was forced to admit defeat. There was no one able--or willing--to help me, and my package is essentially lost and gone forever. Never mind that I failed to receive items which I was very much looking forward to. Never mind that I am now out of pocket for a rather large amount of money until (or if) the package actually does make its way back to Belk and I receive a refund. Those issues are certainly no fault of yours. I am expecting 10 other orders this week from various vendors containing Anniversary, Birthday, and Christmas gifts. I dare not hold my breath that I shall receive any of them. This is in NO WAY acceptable. I realize that we are not "real" Keller citizens. We literally live on the "wrong side of the tracks" and organizations such as police, fire, and postal services like to pretend that we do not exist. However, one might bear in mind that our Heritage tax dollars DO still pay for the education of Keller children, and our paychecks have contributed on a massive scale to the growth of your fine town. I honestly do not believe it is asking too much for us to expect timely and accurate mail delivery. Unfortunately, I shall no longer be relying upon or using your agency for any deliveries which I actually want to receive. I intend to cancel all of my (remaining) magazine subscriptions, sign up for online bill notifications only, and pay extra in order to have any and all future purchases delivered via FedEx or UPS. Never answers the phones there and when you get the supervisors name and phone #, it hangs up on you as well! Even after I specifically asked does someone answer this number and the gentlemen says I don't know you'll have to call it! One of the postal drivers hit my daughters car into the ditch then drives away. Police find her with the damaged postal truck at the Keller post office and she denies she hit her. Fortunately my daughter got a photo of her. I call and speak with the Keller P.O. manager and he gives me a fake name and number of person to talk to at district office to get car repaired. I finally find the right person myself at the Tarrant district post office and now I have to fill out multiple federal forms then wait for up to six months before they decide if they will fix the car. On Saturday, the day they were suppose to deliver the mail that had been held for the week, they only delivered Saturday's and told me I would have to wait until Monday to get the rest of it. I had a long write-up about my experiences at Keller Post Office but decided to call and talk to a supervisor first. Bottom line is that posting reviews here is pointless. The supervisor there does not have access to Yelp while there, and she has no desire to look them up from home. When I expressed my opinion, as a formal small business owner that lived and breathed customer satisfaction, that I found that unbelievable, she said have a nice day and hung up on me. I called the main post office number to lodge a complaint and after my long explanation was told that they totally understood my concerns (which I haven't even mentioned here) and would open an investigation as long as I disclosed my name and address. Think about that. This is not like a normal business that I can walk away from. They control my mail. I said have a nice day and hung up. read more

I live in the 76244 ZIP code. The mail delivery has gradually declined. The delivery time is totally random. It can be anywhere from 12:30 PM until 8 PM. I don't think it corresponds to volume or holidays. For the last two days there was no mail delivery. The first day it was icy but the second day FEDEX and UPS was was delivering, the sanitation service was working but not the mail delivery. I put out a letter yesterday, the delivery person stopped at the mail box today but did not receive any mail or my letter was not picked up. I fined it hard to believe that we had no mail after two days and even so the flag was up indicating that I have outgoing mail. The service has declined to an unacceptable level. read more

This is the most inefficient Post Office I have ever dealt with. The number listed on the website is the fax number. When I do call the actual phone line it takes a minimum of 15 rings for an answer. Mail is delivered as late as 7 PM. Mail holds have been mishandled. And now, when the weather is bad they just don't deliver without any notifications. Tax Payer money misspent yet again! read more

The United States Post Office on Vine St in Keller, Texas is absolutely the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. I moved to the area in late July 2015. I received absolutely no mail for 4 weeks. I did not even receive the grocery store ads and mail addressed to current resident. I called them, I opened a case online, I emailed, I went to the post office multiple times. Still no luck. Not one phone call was returned. The open case is still open and I have never had a response. Today someone at the Keller post office answered the phone when I called, but was unable to offer me any explanation, nor any help/assistance. I asked for the name of the carrier for my street address, she said she did not know. I asked for the name of the person that the carriers report to, she said she did not know their name either. I asked for her to transfer me to someone that could help resolve my issue, she refused to transfer the call. I asked for her name, and she told me she did not know her name. When I repeated back to her "You do not know your own name?" She said, "Yes, I do not know my name." Then she hung up. It is now September 17, 2015, and I am receiving only part of my mail. I still have not received even one piece of mail addressed to current resident, not sale ads, etc. I guess this is what our tax dollars are paying for, complete incompetence. I am so frustrated. I am at least twice a week having to deliver the mail I received in my mailbox to the correct addresses. It a CONSTANT battle with our post office driver lady! Worsy experience i have had from a post office in my life! Sent a jiffy envelope on the 20th of January to Abu Dhabi, Dubai. It is almost 4 months lat8et and this envelope has still not left the USA! It has travelled all over the country, Atlanta, Georgia, Dallas, New York and more. Am still to this day trying to get a answer from USPS why this has happened and when the actual envelope will be leaving for its destination. Called Keller, Vine Street Post Office Friday 5/11 was assured they would get back to me that day, am still waiting and it is now 5/17! I called before they opened and spoke on the phone to the most helpful guy, that helped me work through where my package was and how I could get it. should know better than to have stuff delivered to the house. the kid ordered a phone charger which was "delivered to our porch" Tuesday. wasn't a big package so not sure WHY they left it at the door instead of securely in the mail box.. now its missing... I no longer rely on the USPS to deliver ANYTHING. we have had small things come up missing before. even had them CUT off a mailing label of a box sent to us at Christmas and returned it to the sender. it was visibly cut off when our family got it back.. thank goodness. or that would have been gifts lost. you can't call them directly to ask ANYTHING. you are routed and rerouted thru a maze of voicemails and automated answering systems. I do not get the lack of customer service complaints either. its your JOB , do it right for goodness sakes. read more
