They have got four or five people on staff; which sounds promising until you realize only one of them is ever actually working. The rest rotate between hanging out in the back, listening to music loudly enough to echo through the building, and pretending there isn't a line forming up front while staring into their phones. There are multiple desks, multiple offices--everything you'd need to run an efficient operation--except for the actual brain power to do it. If you have even the simplest question, forget the phone, they will not answer. You have to physically show up, stand in line, and wait for the lone employee while the rest of the staff treat the place like a break room with occasional customers interrupting their day. Packages are continuously marked for delivered by drivers too lazy to finish the route for the day. Those packages are then prone to getting lost because they become untraceable once marked this way. On the plus side, if your career goals include doing the absolute minimum while actively avoiding helping people, this might be your dream workplace. It's the perfect environment for anyone committed to mediocrity, where initiative is optional and accountability appears to be completely nonexistent.
