Once the lady (Postal worker 24) weighed package to mail, I mentioned to her that I also needed Postcrossing Stamps. She looked at me so strangely and asked, "What is Postcrossing? Never heard of it." I told her the NEW stamps were just issued this Summer. Then, I asked her, "You really don't know if you have the International Postcrossing stamps and you work here?" In that moment, she said to another female worker next to her, "Oh Lord, I just had a flashback to yesterday." to which the other lady replied, "Oh, 1776." I was SO put OFF by their racism. I usually don't go inside and just use the drop-off area where you pull down the lever and drop the package inside. Went in there for the second time ever since the drop-off thing wasn't working. Tell me WHY when I handed the lady my package she just TOSSED it in with the rest of the packages? I'm very lucky that there wasn't anything fragile in there cause it sure would've broken. She just tossed it aside in front of me like I wasn't even there. I usually think that packages get banged during transportation, but I seen it now with my own eyes smh. read more

Don't ship military care packages through this office. I did a customs form online, they said I have to do the paper copy. Then they said I needed the additional 4 digit zip code for the address. Which in my 10+ years of military spouse experience, I never needed. This nice customer helped me find the additional digits which was ON THE USPS website. Meaning they could've found it as well. Then when all is said and done, they magically were able to use the online customs form... ALL a complete waste of my time. BEWARE! read more

Went to mail packages on Monday. Long line. 2 counter people, but one was involved with processing packages going overseas, so was busy with one person for quite some time. Both of these gentlemen behind the counter were working very hard to get everyone taken care of. Excellent customer service. read more

This post office is THE WORST! They have lost numerous packages that have been sent to me INSIDE this specific location! They've been scanned but never show up in my PO BOX! I've even caught them in lies stating that one of my packages arrived with the label obliterated (how would they know it was for me, then?) only to have it arrive in perfect condition (no damage at all) a few days later! At least 30% of the time the kiosk in the lobby is out of order and/or the large package drop is broken. The postal supplies are frequently out of stock, as well! There is usually a lengthy line because the lobby is relatively small. They still have a sign in the door stating only 5 customers in the lobby (been hanging since Covid began!) And one of the biggest issues with this USPS is that the outside drop box is on the wrong side of the road/in a very unsafe place. It is literally placed in a place that oncoming traffic must stop at a stop sign (those who have mail to drop off into the blue drop box have to wait for all traffic to proceed thru the stop sign or essentially block oncoming traffic by facing the wrong way in the driving lane. read more

Strongest argument for privatizing postal work can be found here--just attempt to come when there are more than four people in line and you'll receive the finest mediocre customer service government workers have to offer. Bonus points available for arriving when the self-service machine is functional. We need another location to help these folks carry the burden of an ever-expanding populace. read more

The missing fifth star would be for "space"! All the normal services are here but there's not enough space in the actual postal area. There are only two service windows for an area of dense population. (For example, three weeks before Christmas there was a line out the door and only five patrons could be in the actual mailing area at one time. ) That being said, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they move the lines along as quickly as possible. read more

Expect Rude Interactions. Set your expectations extremely low when using this location. I would give zero stars if I could. The only verbal interaction from a female postal worker was "are you ready?". I was standing in line, waiting to be called for the next available postal employee. No questions about what was in the package, or if I needed stamps. FInally scanned barcode and handed me a receipt. Expect horrible interactions at this site and you will be well prepared. read more

A complete joke. Two ladies, working at the desk, engaged in a full conversation between themselves, showing personal things to each other on their phone, almost completely ignoring the customer. In their own world. Complaining about other employees. Complaining they were asked to do things that they weren't trained to do. Just terrible. I own several business online and have to mail packages weekly. I have trusted this location for almost a decade. While the employees have changed recently, Todd is still there and is always so kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He always reckoned, which is nice. Noah, who is the absolute sweetest gem of a soul no longer works there, but had for a long time. I do miss having his upbeat, positive affirmations anytime I stopped in, he was always in a good mood. I don't know why USPS always gets a bad rap. They work as quick as they can, and a line out the door is not their fault. People choose to ship their stuff very last minute, during holidays, and I know I'm grateful they can get my stuff to the destination on time. If I have to wait, it's of my own fault. The employees don't get treated the best all the time, but we must remember to be kind. It goes a long way. I could talk forever about how hard USPS staff work, but you get the idea hopefully. My only negative experience is one of my packages went missing after dropping it in the outside box during the holiday last year. I didn't get a receipt, which is my own fault. I'm not sure what exactly causes a package to disappear as there is a few probabilities. I just make sure to go in and get a receipt as I ship with insurance every time. This is a trusty location, and if you're patient and friendly, it should never fail you :) read more

Unfortunately, this post office has some of the most unhelpful, inept staff. They lock the doors before 5 o'clock. They lock the parcel bin that's open 24 hours. So you purchase your priority mail postage and cannot deposit the package. If you call them, they pick up the phone and lay the receiver down or just hang up on you. Do you only place they have posted? Ours is on the door that does not open. I recommend making the drive to a different post office. read more

This is for the USPS 32223. I filed a claim because I received tracking from USPS and Route regarding a package being delivered to me. Instead of delivering the package they said they left it in a parcel locker. They didn't leave me a key. First Rep to contact me was very kind and helpful and said the manager was going to have the delivery man deliver my package to my front door. Instead of doing that I get email stating they sent package to someone else and that it was the seller's fault or fraud and I had to contact the seller. I did do that. They have no idea what happened. Another very unprofessional and rude rep calls and gets upset with me because I said it wasn't the seller's fault. It wasn't the person who they gave the package to fault. I didn't receive anything so there was no fraud unless by USPS. I told her USPS sent me email stating the package was being delivered to me. She says that's a lie because they would never do that. They do when you sign up to receive emails regarding deliveries. I said I wasn't trying to argue with her and I could forward the emails to her but instead of listening, she hung up. I still sent the emails. read more

Had a delivery person refuse to my face to deliver a package that I took the day off work to receive and waited the 43 min on the phone to reschedule. This person flat out told me, I'm just going to refuse again tomorrow so you'd better just come in to pick it up. (They marked that I - in person - refused the package 3 hours before they even got to my house! LOL) Ok... I call the local number (904)-230-3495 and as someone else said, they literally pick up the phone and hang it up. If you need help you want the district number is (I'll save you the 4 hours it took me to finally get access to it) 904-359-2771. Constant issues with trying to have packages delivered. Received notification on a Saturday afternoon that a package was delivered. It showed up the following Tuesday. Now I get a notice for a different delivery that something (not signature required) could not be delivered because "customer not available or business closed." I work from home. Come on! It's mail and it shouldn't be that hard. read more

I've been going to this post office 3 or 4 times a week for years! They are the kindest, nicest most hard working people you'll ever meet! They work very quickly too! I don't know what PO or with whom Lou L. did business with but he either went around Thanksgiving/Christmas time when they are super busy or he got this post office confused with another. There are only 3 people working in this small post office and they can get really busy over the holidays but they do the very best they can! read more
