    Temple USPS SUCKS!!!! They do not answer the phone and don't deliver mail on a timely manner.

    The mail carrier picked up a UPS package that was clearly marked UPS. When UPS arrived later that…read moreday to pick up the package is when it was discovered that there was an issue. I contacted the post office for assistance. I was reassured that UPS picks up the packages that their mail carriers pick up in error. Obviously, this is a common practice and nothing is being done to improve the behavior. I had paid for 2nd day air delivery due to a deadline that the package needed to arrive. Today the individual contacts me to share that they had not received the package. When I checked the tracking, UPS doesn't even show on their tracking system that they even have the package at all. I immediately contact the post office again, only to be basically told, I'm sorry but the package isn't here nor could they share when it was picked up. There is no accountability for the behavior of the employees of the post office nor was any concern shown for the grave error that was made to include the additional money I am out of for the pick up fee and expedited cost for the shipping for a deadline that was missed. The only thing I received was a flat and unresponsive, I'm sorry. Can't there be some additional steps or procedures established when you have put the customer in distress due to the mistake that is easily proven on my ring doorbell camera of the mail carrier picking up both packages or at least attempting to ensure that once you are informed of the mistake that was made become involved to resolve the situation instead of the oh well attitude that was shown.
