They offer several different logistics options here like FedEx, DHL, and even USPS! I technically love the USPS flat rate boxes when sending packages to my family and friends. The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps. Dropped of several packages a week ago. All have been reliever except for one, which shows it was…read morenever scanned in. Went to talk to the store today and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could at least look in the back and make sure it didn't get miss place and they refused saying no packages go in the back and there's nothing they can do about my package, which was for a customer! They tried to blame USPS for never scanning it in when they received it but ALL of my other packages got scanned in so it's impossible that USPS just decided not to scan in one package out of 8! If I could give them zero stars I would.
