Over the phone, not only was she well mannered but made sure the problem with my package got resolved. My opinion on this location and USPS is a different story. This location has very hard working individuals but unfortunately can tell are extremely understaffed and a result there is a service issue that comes to play with that. I've never had a single one of my calls answered except the call I made to Jamerica Fleming at this location. She left me a voice mail originally and then answered my call back instantly, she then got straight to helping me. She is a rockstar and I'm very grateful my issue got resolved by her of all people. God bless Jamerica Fleming for her service. And I hope this location receives the funding and staffing they need to operate correctly!

I would rather meet the carrier at the bottom of my stairs than get in my car and drive up front to retrieve my package. The front office was closed today April 11th so my package gets passed off to the next carrie. Nine times out of ten that carrier will do the same thing and I will not get my package until Monday if the front office is open. I have spoken to the Complex manager and she explained that I must sign a form to have the carrier leave my Amazon at my door. That makes no sense. On my Amazon account it states Leave At Front Door. They offer several different logistics options here like FedEx, DHL, and even USPS! I technically love the USPS flat rate boxes when sending packages to my family and friends. The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps. I looooved that I was able to get an email from them that gave me my tracking number. It made me more confident and excited to watch the progress of my gifts to my family. Dropped of several packages a week ago. All have been reliever except for one, which shows it was…read morenever scanned in. Went to talk to the store today and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could at least look in the back and make sure it didn't get miss place and they refused saying no packages go in the back and there's nothing they can do about my package, which was for a customer! They tried to blame USPS for never scanning it in when they received it but ALL of my other packages got scanned in so it's impossible that USPS just decided not to scan in one package out of 8! If I could give them zero stars I would.
