This is an updated review. ive lived in this town 10+ years now and this post office has gone from…read morebad to the absolute worst in the county! from the post master to the delivery supervisor to the carriers and clerks...they cant seem to have a red flag on the mail box or a scheduled pickup thru .com to get them to pick up packages.......and i am NOT including the box out front of their office that gets broken into once every so often!!! how about a 'turnstile' built into the wall for packages after hours...no, 'what's that? , ive never seen one' I recently had a box returned to me, because the label got ripped in THEIR SYSTEM, so they could not see the delivery address. They would not resend or refund the postage. 'its not priority we cant do anything' AND 'how do i know you didnt send it out like that'

Also, it seems that the employees are happy because they're always friendly & helpful. It can be slow if people don't know what they want, but that's at any post office. Of course, they have a lot of post office boxes, in fact, I've had mine for 30 years... that would mean I had it before this brick & mortar location existed.

I said "thank you" he didn't even acknowledge me. This same worker I noticed the last time I dropped off some mail was screaming at an elderly man about his confusion with his mail. I've noticed other unhappy employees and their rude exchange with customers. I cannot believe they have employees that management is okay to act this way to their customers. In 55 years I have never had the issues with package delivery that has arisen. David clearly has a "God" complex, with zero respect for women. He has been in this position for 6 short months, and needs to be removed within the shortest time available. As a postal customer we should be able to request package be left where we request. David claimed by my speaking up, I was being rude. But David raised his voice, spoke over me, drowned on, and spoke down to me prior to my finally speaking up. Terrible service, lousy at listening, rude and offensive to women. Just because you're a man doesn't give you the right to talk down to ANYONE.

Holy cow what a bunch of privileged white folks (yea I said it) how rude can you all be to cut in line when people are clearly in line and socially distancing. As Judge Judy says, don't pee on my feet and tell me it's raining, you were not in line, I'm not blind, I know who is in front of me. The postal employees put up with your mess all the time and should send your items to Antarctica! These postal folks here are handling things fast and have amazing during the pandemic and instead of patience you hear people asking things like "why are they closing a window". Well maybe they need a lunch Einsteinium! You eat and use the bathroom right? Give the post folks an air high five next time your in the post office because it's been a long hard year and a half for all of us!

I was very impressed w my visit to the local post office…read more I expected a line w it being the week before a major postal holiday however I was delighted to find all three registers open, being attended by jolly happy postal workers who were working efficiently & quickly as a team. They exchanged pleasantries with everyone - but it seemed different. They actually seemed to be interested in how your day was going. They even made eye contact!! They joked about splitting up stamps & having to decide which cards received which stamp, and so forth. It was a refreshing change in pace of all the holiday running, shopping, cooking & all that jazz. I will look forward to visiting the post office in our lovely new town, even during busy postal times! Enjoy!!

I'm disappointed that my mail carrier will not place my packages at my front door and my building…read moreis right next to our community mailboxes. I'm assuming they do not want to walk the 16 flight of stairs that I walk every day. They will not even bring a certified letter upstairs. They leave my packages at the front office and if the front office is closed I get a message saying package could not be delivered. There is a big box for oversized items but my carrier says there is no key to it. The front office is not my address nor is that address on any of my packages. I would rather meet the carrier at the bottom of my stairs than get in my car and drive up front to retrieve my package. The front office was closed today April 11th so my package gets passed off to the next carrie. Nine times out of ten that carrier will do the same thing and I will not get my package until Monday if the front office is open. I have spoken to the Complex manager and she explained that I must sign a form to have the carrier leave my Amazon at my door. That makes no sense. On my Amazon account it states Leave At Front Door. This review is specifically about Jamerica Fleming who works here not the location. She was more…read morethan helpful. Over the phone, not only was she well mannered but made sure the problem with my package got resolved. My opinion on this location and USPS is a different story. This location has very hard working individuals but unfortunately can tell are extremely understaffed and a result there is a service issue that comes to play with that. I've never had a single one of my calls answered except the call I made to Jamerica Fleming at this location. She left me a voice mail originally and then answered my call back instantly, she then got straight to helping me. She is a rockstar and I'm very grateful my issue got resolved by her of all people. God bless Jamerica Fleming for her service. And I hope this location receives the funding and staffing they need to operate correctly!

I thought I needed one specific form turned out I didn't and what I needed was about half as expensive. So, for less than $7 I got what I needed. The lady who helped me was just as nice as she could be, and the post office had no line but 2 people waiting to help. So, they definitely get 5 stars from me.

It's always practically empty, so wait times are basically non-existent. They offer all the PO services and are even open on Saturday mornings (no PO Boxes here though). The employees are really friendly and helpful. Maybe it's because they stay bored and they are genuinely happy to see you so they'll have something to do. LOL Even during the rush of Christmas they wait times are practically non-existant.
