Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered two barrels for my personal items and goods to be shipped to Nairobi, Kenya in April 2019 and it is mid September and I still have not received the two barrels which were supposed to take three months to arrive. Six months and still nothing and it is almost time for me to return home to the USA.  The people operating this business have been useless. I have contacted them on several occasions and all I'm told is that the shipments are on the way or there was some other issue. No one can give me a direct answer as to what happened so at this point it seems the items may have been stolen and Tom and Evans do not want to be held responsible. For the amount of my goods lost and the cost of these shipments they will pay up hefty in court after we hire an attorney.

They removed the customs invoice and then returned it to us because it didn't have an invoice. That invoice was in a clear plastic pouch. The return shipping label was clearly placed on the package. He just had to scan the label and put it on the truck. I don't know why he opened the customs invoice and removed it. It was clearly labeled. Now we have to contact the company and ask for another customs invoice and shipping label. More work for us when it wasn't necessary. I will never visit here again for anything.

I ended up waiting for him to help three people who came in after me to send a package, print, and some other random task. The guy who came in with the random task was a man with a thick Spanish accent--and the UPS worker was so rude to him. Again, with apparently no customer service skills yelled at the guy that he was wasting his time, which he doesn't have time to waste, and that he wished the guy would have told him what he needed sooner. It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere. The notary was $5 but definitely not worth the UPS-created stress. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location.

Since that time, it has become very important for receiving packages because there's too many porch pirates out in the community. So all of my packages go to this UPS store. All the people who have worked here have been very very nice. The last owner and the current owner not only are good business people, but they must be good employers because they keep their employees for quite some time. It's fun to watch the new employees learning all of the wonderful skills that come with working at UPS. I really enjoy talking with the people at this UPS store. They are very helpful. I watch them deal with some pretty difficult orders and people and they have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this UPS store.

We live in an apartment and luckily they said they do all sorts of drain cleaning for clogs except for trailer parks, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service and speed that they provided. I paid about half of what Roto Rooter quoted me and when Rooter came they didn't even fix the clog even after 2 hours! However Gopher Sewer and Drain did it in less than 20 minutes and got our kitchen plumbing running smoothly again! I'd totally recommend Gopher after this experience, they were fast and professional.
