We,(neighbors), haven't got out mail in over a week! When my husband saw the postman delivery a package, he asked about the mail. The postman said the mailboxes were damaged so we had to pick up our mail at the postman. No notice, no postcard or any other information was given to anyone. My husband went the next day and the postal clerk said it must have been fixed because there was no mail left behind for that route! So we're is our mail?!?! It's been a week. Apparently the neighborhood didn't know what was going on and were knocking on each other's doors. So we're is our mail?!?! Over worked and tired employees .. you will expect bad service I guess - after my husband asked several times when was our time to be assisted we were not helped and basically ignored ? Even with an appt that's set. lol. and one employee, that stood out, (Dionne) wanted to make sure we knew they were short staffed, and that she "didn't know how " to take photos for our passport appointment. And that we needed to wait for *her* points at empty space, with some sassy attitude. lol who is *her*. & she further replies, you can wait or just reschedule and make another appt ? Lol. Lol. I popped in to pick up some postage stamps and to drop off some mail. At other post offices, I typically stand in line for an excruciatingly long amount of time --however, despite this office being busy as well, it moves fairly quickly (I was able to jump in line twice and still not spend much time in it). Kelly helped me out today and she had a great attitude and a positive aura about her. I'll definitely be coming to this post office a lot more for my needs! read more

This is a brand new post office and the landscape is 90% dead already. They hardly planted any bushes or trees, and what they did plant, most are dead it's an embarrassment to Redlands to have a new post office look so bad. Please take out what has died and replant drought torrent plants and trees that will look nice and survive. read more

Today I went back to pick the packages that I couldn't get yesterday. The Service's procedures are still awful so the single star. BUT today the teller did extremely well given her bad situation. She kept an eye on the customer line, and tried to batch her work to be the most efficient as possible, again under her bad situation. Today, I saw the Postal employee doing the best that could have been done - good job to this teller! read more

Great post office! Never badly crowded. If there is a line it moves quickly. The attendants here are all friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and plentiful as well in this new facility. This is my number one choice for this tri city area. read more

Use to be a decent spot to drop off packages before opening. They have a large shoot that can take small or big packs, but for some reason it has been rendered unusable for multiple months. As a small business owner this shoot was clutch for times where I only have early mornings or after usps is closed. Can we apply some of the money USPS gouges from us every month with monthly price hikes and fix it? Thanks Update! Took a few months but they fixed the drop box! Vicki the employee is very rude and unhelpful. My apartment complex has a broken mail box, and while I understand it's frustrating with all this mail it is not our fault. So I've had a run in with her before about having a package say delivered yet she refused to find it or help me with it. I had to wait for the other woman working at the time and she went to the back for 5 minutes and came out with it. So obviously Vicki could have found it for me. Today the same thing happens except a nice young man was helping me and he was nice enough to take the time and find where they went. However before going to the back Vicki made a loud remark saying "I wouldn't look for that ish". Again, not my fault our mailbox is broken and you work at the post office... read more

Lines are so long. They only have 2 people working the counters at any given time. The parcel service door is usually closed and a sign on doorbell that they are not answering the door. My tracking # says my package has been delivered to my PO Box but it is not there. It takes over 48 min for someone to answer the phone. read more

Rude employees. Clean, new facility. Adequate parking. Lines have been short the three or four times I've been there. Customer service is very poor. Tall blond woman behind counter is rude and arrogant. She allowed another customer to cut the line ahead of me, and didn't even bother to apologize, just said, "He's only dropping something off" and then proceeded to engage in conversation with him, ending by taking plenty of time to ask him if there was anything else he needed. Too bad she doesn't do that for all her customers. When I requested a pen to fill in a form, she pointed to a chained pen at the counter behind me, because obviously, the employees don't have pens right there at their work stations. These might seem like small complaints, and normally they wouldn't be worth reacting to, but this so-called civil servant showed a snide attitude that lets you know that she really doesn't care if she treats you with respect or not. I find that today unacceptable. I now patronize the branch on Brookside, where the employees are courteous and respectful, and don't have a superior attitude. read more

Terrible post office. Only 2 clerks at the counter, sometimes only 1. Lines are long and slow and they just go about their pace and make no changes to speed up the line....your time is not important to them. Mail is constantly delivered to wrong addresses by this location and if you have any complaint, forget it, they either cannot be contacted or they shut you down and speak to you like a child - usually in front of a line of people. Lastly, I believe J. dangermond was responsible for the construction of this location for them and it couldn't look cheaper. From the narrow driveway entrance to the cramped parking lot, it's a total disaster. read more

This hub is always losing my packages. Can't tell east from west and north from south SMH! Calling is pointless!The line just rings and rings no matter how many times you call. Which tells me their last priority is customer service. Thats the only reason customers call. For some service they hope to get without having to stand in line for an hr. Did every employee at this new location go postal or they all deaf and cant hear the service bell for package pick up?! Tried 3?different days and all 3 attempts to pick up a package that wasn't even a 'Signature upon delivery' package that apparently could nit be left in mailbox even though the exact same item was ordered from the exact same seller and it was delivered as intended with out an issue last week. I am a fan of the Post Office, in general, but this location is staffed by a peculiar bunch. If you have a problem you need to solve you can count on not getting much help at the window. You definitely have to go at least two levels higher. Lost mail twice, failure to deliver as guaranteed, and delivery person's constant mistakes. read more
