Well, I had a VERY important certified check that HAD to get to its destination in Chicago, I'll. The post office employee that helped me was WONDERFUL. We got all completed properly, and I left with my paperwork and tracking number in hand. My certified mail was to be singed at the destination by 6p on Thursday. Well, I never got any information as to whether my said package with that check ever made it to the destination. All my information said it was still in San Antonio...and so, Friday, I left work to go to post office to see what they could tell me about my certified mails location. They said to wait and it may show up. FINALLY, Saturday morning, I got word on the company website that the check was received and credited to my account Thursday. I was ecstatic to know this, but I received no word with that tracking number on the USPS RECEIPT of any destination, other than San Antonio. I just hope this review can help others when trusting USPS that certified mail is actually delivered the next day. If it's really important, think of other options. This almost drove me insane. read more

Always great people and great service. It is sometimes understaffed (2 people for 5 terminals) when the line fills up the small lobby during peak hours; however, the wait isn't that long. I usually wait much longer with shorter lines at a nearby unnamed retail store with US Postal Service. read more

complaint against the courier package!! I miss my package. August 9 11:13 am, noon I was disappointed with the man who delivered the package, I was cooking, I did not hear no bell because the home was crowded children and some friends who I invite to lunch. when I realized from my son who is 3 years old is near the door of the house, pointing towards the outside I saw there was people outside, standing in front of our door. I immediately rushed to peek in and open the door. strangely when these men know I'll open the door, she immediately turned around and hurriedly rushed away carrying my pack. I was confused and tried a little quickened my pace and calling the man. I was surprised how the young man said "why are you coming out ?! package can not be taken now, I would give notif to the mail box and you can pick up themselves to the post office tomorrow" as he put an angry face. the engine post, and left with my package. I was surprised and did not expect that the postal clerk doing so. I was very disappointed with the treatment of these men. she was young, there was a beard. on the 12th of August I check the mailbox, no notif he lived right. after I track my package, its status was rejected and returned to sender (Indonesia). I really harmed by the courier. I never refuse my package, there I asked my package he did not want to leave on the 9th of August. read more

One of the worst post office. Stealing packages. Then if you complain, they will tell you LIES how much they going to find your package. BS!! I cancelled all my mail. Now I am getting only electronic mail!! My mail was misplaced or never got my mail. It is terrifying to know that your mail ends up in someone's mail box... And packages? Carrier marked my package that it was delivered and it wasn't. I checked my front door and my mailbox twice. And even went up there to get someone to find the solution, no help, he told me to wait until the afternoon and check again. Well,still no mail. WHERE IS MY MAIL GOING TO? The mail courier is ridiculously awful! Always mixing up mail and refusing to come to the door with packages that need to be signed for, forcing me to come to the post office. As a teacher who doesn't get out of work until almost six on a nightly basis, I can't do this. Put a card in the outgoing mailbox on Monday, January 29 at 7:30 am (before I left for work). Was sending a birthday card to a friend in Phoenix, Arizona. The card didn't arrive until today, the following Monday, February 5th. I asked my friend to check the postmark on the card and it said February 2nd North Houston 773. When you mail something it should be postmarked on the day you mail it. Somebody is slacking off. This is unacceptable. I am moving to Humble tomorrow and hope the post office service is better. But my son and his family live here and I shouldn't have to worry if I mail them something that it is going to take a random amount of time to arrive. The staff make this place a really friendly, pleasant neighborhood experience. They're friendly, helpful, and they truly seem to like working together. I've been seeing their faces for years, which speaks well of them and their jobs. I've noticed each time that I've been in, they seem to get funnier and more interactive when the waiting lines start to stack up. A facilitator helps speed things along by taking drop-offs and helping customers with issues and questions before they reach the clerk. Today, I watched her help a customer unpack an ill-fitting box and repackage it into a better one, joking all the way. Nobody in line wasn't grinning. It's a small, older post office and I think that's part of its charm. There are three other post offices within eight miles of my house; I skip them all and choose this one for stellar-quality customer service and patient, calm efficiency. Thank you! read more

My wife and I have gotten to know a lot of the workers here by name - they are all a great bunch of people with a really tough job to do. This location is usually understaffed, and that seems to lead to grouchy customers who have at times gotten pretty vocal about it. It seems they have ramped up their efforts to handle the customer load and that's a really good thing. Keep up the good work guys and gals! read more

Wow I'm frustrated with my mail service! When I get home I think to myself what's wrong with my mail today? I constantly get the wrong mail. The addresses are not even close! Completely wrong numbers or the number will be the same but street will be completely off. I feel bad that I have to return their mail to sender because legally you can't bring it to them. I've also been getting mail for the previous owners and some other random people who must have lived at my house. Our last names are written on the mailbox and I've told them ive written that these people don't live here. Every time I write "return to sender" it gets left in my mail box for days! It seriously gets pushed aside. I wish I didn't have to get my important mail sent to my office because I'm worried my mail person is incompetent. It also be helpful if they would pick up their phone so I could talk to them about these issues. Hopefully I will be able to move soon and never have to deal with these people again. read more

They THREW my computer monitor on the ground. The impact was SO LOUD I heard it from MY ROOM. The monitor was shattered and I had to return it. The same lady then BENT MY GRADUATION DIPLOMA even though the mailbox could easily fit it without folding. read more
