    They told me they could not package and to try USPS. I'd prefer USPS anyway. I only went there as I was returning an Amazon package.

    Very poor experience…read more I visited this location to quickly print 5 copies using the self-service printer; however, I was charged and the documents did not print. I then waited 10 minutes for assistance, only to be redirected to another associate who never arrived. After an additional wait, I returned to the counter and experienced further delays. Throughout the process, I had to explain the issue multiple times to different employees, with no clear ownership or resolution. The manager appeared aware of the situation but did not intervene, and interactions across staff were disorganized and inefficient. Additionally, the manager's communication--both with employees and directed toward me--came across as unprofessional. I overheard other customer's comment on her tone and actions. After spending more than 25 minutes attempting to complete a simple task, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the refund was initially processed incorrectly, requiring involvement from the manager resulting in additional aggravation and delay for all parties involved. Overall, the experience reflected poor service coordination, lack of accountability, and an unprofessional customer environment. I highly advise avoiding this location.

When my order of shirts came in about HALF of them were crooked and misprinted. I reached out to get this fixed and was offered a replacement for the shirts. For the wasted time and inconvenience I asked for a discount for which was given at 15% off the order. I accepted because the shirts that were made correctly were high quality and well done. I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order. When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.

I no longer own OAP and my books are handled by other publishing companies, but if I were to need 100 to 1,000 perfect bound books of any size, America's Press would be my first contact. Some books are proprietary. The books I wrote for Corporate America were not for public consumption. When I published family histories, those people did not want their personal information for sale online. I ended up hiring them for a project of 500 books. The day after I submitted my cover art and book contents I received a bound proof and it looked great! The next business day was a Monday and first thing that morning I approved the printing. They initially quoted me 10 working days to produce and ship the final product to me. I received them the Saturday following that Monday. They were packed excellently and the end result was as high quality as you could expect. Throughout the whole process they were in touch with me and I was never left in the dark. Great customer service and very professional books! Thank you!
