I don't typically write these reviews, but I definitely want to jump on here and say Dale Rimmer…read morewas beyond amazing. I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

We hired Dale Rimmer Siding to replace the old wood siding on our home. We also wanted to improve…read morethe appearance with stone facing and enlarging the front porch. Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

Wow. There are a LOT of false claims made on QOR's comment on my last review. He makes it seem like…read morehe was only replacing a couple of panels and then "upgraded" to replacing the entire roof on that side of the barn. Our contract was for THE ENTIRE ROOF on that side of the barn! The old panels were very long and hard to get. The ones he used were shorter and were easy to acquire. The leak on the other side of the roof was supposed to be fixed. It is still leaking. Period. Our contract was also to fix that leak. That roof is made of METAL. NOT plywood. I KNOW where it's leaking and told him right from the start. It is still leaking and the contract has a one year guarantee, but instead of just coming back to fix the issue, he told me it would be better to replace the entire roof on that side. Well, of course it would! But, that's not in my budget, which is why I asked them to simply fix the one leak. The other issue I stated was the lack of clean up. The contract says that "All roofing debris will be cleaned up daily and removed from the property by contractor". The work was done on October 19th and nothing was cleaned up until October 22nd. The roofing material was picked up, but the nails were everywhere! And I am STILL picking up nails and metal shards in May!! He made it sound as if he had cleaned up and used a magnet to check for nails. That is completely false. Yes, I was happy with the one side of the roof. It looks nice and isn't leaking. The problem is that we were in a drought and I had no idea that the other roof was still leaking on the other side. I should not have paid in full until we had a good downpour.

I have had just the kind of beginning experience with this contractor that convinces me to keep…read morethem as my go to roofer from this point on. I recently purchased a house in West Philly that had been rehabbed. The window in the back on the first level, in the little add-on room, started leaking water through the wall and splashing on the inside of the window. I couldn't tell if it was from a fault rook or fault siding installation, since both are fairy new. I called Artur because they work with both roofing and siding, and because I really liked the video on their website. I also noted that they were the only roofer that I noted on Angieslist that performed jobs for less than $500. Sometimes I know a job is a small one, and I'd like to pay accordingly. Artur came out the morning we had scheduled, even calling me to say that he was hitting some traffic and would be 15 minutes late. I really appreciate communication! He got up on his ladder and started to examine things. He told me what he was seeing. He deliberated re-doing some work, and then explained to me that with such a small roof, the job could still become several hundred dollars if he did that. He suggested that he simply make a strong seal between the new roof and the new siding, which wouldn't cost as much and could easily take care of the problem. Gotta love a guy who is looking out for me in the short term and developing a relationship for the long term.
