Huge place. Tons of beautiful lights and chandeliers. I saw chandeliers ranging from $1,500 to $22,000. So i guess there's something for all price ranges. There was a bit of renovating happening inside but it didn't impact the viewing of the lights. I was also impressed with the landscaping outside in the front. Beautiful! I didnt see tons of parking. Maybe because there aren't plenty customers at the same time. We did purchase something. The staff was nice. They offered us water and Cuban coffee. I told him that we need champagne for these prices. Lol! I hate that I cant remember the name of the man who helped us. This time it was mistake after mistake after mistake. Most of the items eventually rectified, but with significant angst on our part. We were promised certain features on a Toto wall hung toilet that we purchased only to find out after it was delivered, the features that we were promised did not actually exist on that model. She supposedly said she's trying to get it for us, but to date I get no replies to my voicemails, messages or emails. I tried reaching out to her manager without success. I sat on hold waiting for him/her to take my call. I finally just gave up, hung up and posted this review. I will never ever deal with Farrey's again. We placed an order in the tens of thousands of dollars and I'm still missing pieces from the order that was placed well over a year ago. We are constantly finding mistakes and errors in what was ordered versus what was shipped. We've had to. Shower valves because they sent the wrong ones. Xiomy Marshall is almost impossible to reach and doesn't return phone calls. Neither does her manager. Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware. They talk a good game but that's it. read more

I would never go to Farreys again or send anyone. My family and I have bought many things from them in the past But things changed. I asked them to sell me only what was available immediately meanwhile my order which came in bits and pieces took 4 months.The plumber cost me a lot more money because of that and it got very confusing. They also messed up my order by not ordering 2 faucets and ordered me an extra shower head when all along they made it sound like everything was correct. When I spoke to the manager about everything he promised to call me back which he didn't and the salesman Joe Reynolds Who is no professional told me the manger has nothing different to tell you so I guess that's why he didn't call you back. Just completed 2 bathroom renovations. Helen was amazing from start to finish. The showroom is beautiful with many options and Helen understood our style needs and orchestrated the list of needed items and facilitated the delivery in a timely manner. We did have issue with one of the shower valves and Helen replaced it without hesitation with expediency so we did not lose any valuable time. Highly recommend Farrey's and most highly recommend Helen who was a tremendous asset to us and to our project. read more

We bought a chandelier there and for our studio where our kids play. The chandelier exploded when my 6months baby was right below it and all the pieces of glass fell around him hurting him. Thanks God nothing fatal happened (it could have killed my son). I took the lamp to the store and tried to report the incident but the manager was really rude to me. Unfortunately they just said that the lamp was good and they didn't do anything about it. I just hope that nothing like this happens to anyone else and I urge you to buy from another store that actually cares for their clients wellness. read more

BEWARE RETURN POLICY We specifically asked about return policy *before* we paid for a light fixture. We were told they take returns within 30 days with original receipt/packaging. When we later tried to return the unopened merchandise we were told there would be a 25% restocking fee. Salesperson then said we could avoid the fee if we exchanged item for something else, but when we got to the store he said management refused to waive the fee even if we purchased another item. Then he said it's supposed to be a 35% percent restocking fee but they're "willing" to do 25% (huh?). Also we bought this light right off their shelves, it was already in stock not specially ordered. Again, we asked before purchasing if we could return and no one mentioned fees. The whole experience just felt shady and unaccommodating. **UPDATE**Since we posted this review the owner of the business reached out to us and offered to refund us for the total amount paid. read more

I bought my lighting here over 16 years ago. These were some timeless pieces and they are still holding up like new. I am looking to make some upgrades for the outside so I know I will find something to my liking here. My last last lamp purchase from our local hardware store did not hold up to well and rusted out. This place is not cheap but you cannot compare the selection here with your usual store. If you are looking for lighting you will feel like a kid in a candy store here. They also have hardware for cabinetry, vanities and some furniture pieces. If you need help with selection ask for assistance they have trained personnel and many catalogs. read more

There is no place like Farreys for lighting and bath. Yes it's expensive but it's toward the higher end so that's part of the deal. Still the staff is not just knowledgeable they are really helpful and nice. Really worth a little extra for better quality, stuff in stock and knowledgeable staff. read more

I had wanted some different light bulbs with my fan and Wendy tracked down the ones I wanted. She then gave me her phone number just in case I had any problems or questions about my order. I ordered a fixture from here over 2 months ago. The manager, Joe, said it would take about 6 weeks to come in. Now, after waiting for months, he tells me it's going to be another 6 to 9 weeks! Considering their high prices, I feel that the communication is lacking very much on their end. I don't know if the other Farreys location is more professional, but I can be sure I am never using this store again and they won't be getting any referred business from me. I have nothing but good things to say about Farrey's. A ceiling fan we purchased stopped working and, quite frankly, expected to have phone call after phone call of arguments (to get a new one). But quite to the contrary - without blinking an eye, said they'd send a new one and just asked that I return the old...(even supplied a return label so I didn't have to pay for shipping). I did get a bill for the new fan - and when I called to question this bill, they said to disregard...it must have gone out before they received the broken one. Each and every person I've dealt with at Farrey's has been polite and more than willing to help. Refreshing indeed! Besides the huge selection of items....the customer service, alone, will have me coming back to deal with them again. read more

It has been a nightmare to deal with this store. I purchased a sink and a faucet that were supposed to have been delivered 10 days ago the latest. I called the sales woman and she told me she would call back after she checked with the manufacturer but never called me back. In fact I was able to get a hold of her on the phone only once. The other times I called her and left her voice messages, she never returned my phone calls. Customer service has a lot to improve at this store! read more

We cannot begin to say enough about the INCREDIBLE job Farrey's and it's lighting designer Manny Zuniga did with our family's condo in Aventura! It was a very difficult job because of our condo's unique layout. Manny's design was extraordinary and absolutely superior in every way to the many suggestions made by every other decorator and lighting designer that we had been consulting with for over eight months. Manny not only took the time to show us around Farrey's marvelous showroom, but, after looking at a video and pictures of our condo, he realized that the lighting needed to be both beautiful and unobtrusive in order not to detract from our condo itself and its magnificent views. JOB WELL DONE!!! As if Manny had not done enough already by coming in at an affordable price for these magnificent lighting fixtures, he insisted on being present during the installation to make sure that everything was being installed exactly where and how he had suggested. We will forever be most grateful to Farrey's and Manny for the wonderful lighting fixtures that we are now getting so much enjoyment out of and receiving so many compliments on by everyone. read more

Liars!! This place does a great job helping you pick things out for your home and then completely lies about delivery dates. Our sales rep was well aware of our deadlines and made it seem like she was helping us pick things that would be able to arrive in a timely manner. 90% of the things came extremely late!! We ordered a light fixture for our bathroom and only 3 weeks later were told that it was discontinued!!! A part of our bathroom shower temperature control was missing when it arrived, our plumbers were able to install it but we weren't able to change the temperature due to the handle being missing. They have been promising us for 2 months now that the company will be directly shipping us the part to our home! That's 2 months I haven't been able to take a shower in my own bathroom! Today I finally called the company directly and they were able to ship me the part free of charge that will arrive in 4 days!!! In hindsight I would never ever give this place any sort of business again! They have a beautiful showroom but that's where it ends! They lie lie lie about everything! read more

I have bought from Farreys twice within the past 4 years online. A lovely young lady has helped me twice over the phone, I think she has been there for quite sometime, she's always answered when I call. The second purchase which was done a little over month ago I had to return. My daughter moved and wasn't able to take the fan I purchased. I returned it over 3 weeks ago and yet to see a credit on my credit card. I called the main office and keep getting tossed around and no one seems to know. I'm still waiting on a call from accounting, Hattie she said her name was. I don't understand why it's been over 3 weeks and I have no refund. I will be disputing the charges. This is ridiculous.
