Given the age of the systems, Frank could have told me it was unfixable and I would have believed him. But he is so honest and knowledgeable and always was able to fix it right away. He is just really nice, too -- on one visit, it was my son's birthday. He had to go get a part and came back with a card and hot wheels for him. Frank is the absolute best! This year, I've been playing phone tag with Extinguish for more than a week. Then he was a no-call, no-show, but I can clearly see he read the text message I sent asking where he was. I don't even see the point in this company being in America's Fire Shield directory if he's not going to show up. I tried calling them to set up an appointment with someone else, but their directory has Extinguish Fire Protection, Inc. affiliated with our address and they cannot change it. After several minutes on the phone with a manager, who told me he tried a workaround, nothing was resolved. This company should be able to find alternate companies that show up ON TIME and don't flake out. The manager KEPT asking me about Extinguish Fire Protection, Inc. as if this is the only guy in the world who does fire extinguisher tags. I am not about to beg anybody to do their job. He flaked, I move on. No one should be stuck with a for-profit company that feels like it'll come to work when it feels like it. I reached out to competitors and found someone else to tag our extinguishers. I don't really have anything against AFS so much as their "new" computer system needs to be able to override flaky companies.
