I give this guy 5 stars. I took my LG G5 in there around 10 AM on a Saturday. Moe met me, a really calm and friendly person. I didn't have a HUGE issue but it could have gone the other way. He said to check back around 2:30 that afternoon and it should be ready. My landline rang around 1 and it was done for $30. I thought sure it would take a week . In less than a week they were able to get my videos on to a thumbdrive. These recordings are the only video evidence of my family had of several birthdays and other holidays. I took my cell phone in and was told I needed a new battery. I paid $29.99 and tax. After 27 days, the cellphone would not charge. I took it back. The owner said the guarantee was 30 days and I needed to bring in my receipt. He wouldn't look up the sale in his computer.He said also that he'd have to send the battery somewhere (meaning I would be without a working phone for weeks). I quickly figured out he had no intention of taking care of the problem. Another battery shop told me most (new) batteries should work six months unless they're used or damaged. Waited a week to get my iPad screen fixed. It was returned to me with 2 linear scratches on the lcd that ran the whole length of the iPad. A month after the repair, the white border around the iPad began to peel off under the glass. Took the iPad to get repaired at a reputable location and was informed that Univercell used cheap glass thus the peeling and that they used superglue to attach it to the iPad. Such a shame that you buy quality products that get ruined during the not-so-cheap repair work. Would not recommend! read more

We have used this business twice for cell phone repairs. First they replaced a screen on my daughter's Samsung Galaxy phone for almost half of what a competitor was going to charge. Then, I got water damage on my phone and Verizon said "sorry we don't repair phones and it's not covered under warranty due to water damage." The nice man at Univercell ordered the part that seemed to be damaged, quoted me a price, and said if that didn't fix the problem I would owe nothing. My phone was fixed for $60 and they couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend them. read more
