The class had some a mix of experience and me performing 26 different poses . I have to admit I felt great after the work out . IT was a work out , A Breathing and stretching Work out with Mediation all in one . The type of YOGA performed is called HOT 26 YOGA . I was skeptical due past work injuries . Have had trouble with other types of Yoga styles that move to quickly from pose to pose were as HOT 26 Yoga poses always seem start from standing erect with arms relaxed. or laying on the back or stomach . Of course my friend got me a great knee pad that really helped for the floor work out. I am a Military Vet and Retired 911 fire department civil servant with PTSD issues. The first time I did Hot 26 Yoga I sleep well . And sleep well for several days following . Now I got to pay her back and dragging her to go skydiving with me in the spring. I think I might become a Hot 26 yoga Addict.

Roberta's Hot 26 classes are challenging but very supportive; I adore her, and I'm completely addicted. MaryRose will make every muscle in your body burn, and you'll feel like a superhero when you survive her class. Tara is the velvet hammer, and Marilyn does a great job of explaining the poses. (I'd recommend Marilyn's class if you're new to hot yoga, although she also challenges experienced yogis.) Mary plays the best music; if you want to jam out during your asana practice, go to her Friday night class. I honestly couldn't love this place more. I have nothing negative to say. Show up early to get a parking spot, because classes are often packed, for good reason.

The full body prob Machine was excellent in determining my body needs as well. Not as "cheap" as planet fitness but a much better and larger deal. We loved the outdoor pool too over the summer. I've been going for 2 months now (at least 4 days a week for the past month) and I (and my wife) have noticed changes in my attitude and physical appearance, all for the better. The on boarding process was easy and a great into into what CrossFit is, the classes are great, one hour in and out, no thinking of what to do next. I go at 530AM and have the whole day for my wife and kids. So now when they wake up I'm waiting downstairs with breakfast and coffee for everyone. The coaches are all very friendly and helpful. They will learn your limits and help you push through them. The other athletes are really some of the friendliest people you'll meet. A week ago when running one of the more athletic guys pushed me and another runner the last 100m to an all out sprint for the last lap. I wouldn't have done it on my own.
