He said it will cost $125 and would not charge more if i paid in cash. He arrived on 10.28.18 and did the driveway. I mentioned it was going to rain, he said it was fine. After the rain, most of the seal coat washed away and left the drive way spotted with white marks. He also sprayed tar all over siding on the house and one half of the garage door. We went back and forth in text messages and he always has an excuse. He will then say he will do it again, and never show up. I asked for a refund, but he has not given it back. His wife texted me and said Matthew was in a car accident and had broken bones but would have one of his assistants redo the driveway on 11.08.18. That never happened. I texted again and said I want a refund, no more excuses. Matthew still has not responded and no one has resolved the issue with my driveway and damage to my house. I have photos of all damages and screen captures of all.

The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it's no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already. We have multiple properties and I think we have found our new property manager.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I hired them to sealcoat my driveway, and within less than a month, the asphalt started to deteriorate. It was clear that incredibly cheap and low-quality materials were used. The surface began to crack and flake almost immediately -- something that should never happen with a proper sealcoating job. I contacted Anselmo (the owner) multiple times -- at least 15 -- and every time he had a different excuse for not showing up to fix the issue. He promised to come back and make things right, but those were just empty words. It's obvious now that he had no intention of following through. This company does not stand behind its work, and in my experience, Anselmo is dishonest and unreliable. Don't fall for promises or a friendly attitude up front -- once he has your money, you're on your own. Please learn from my mistake.
