So for people claiming this is a scam place and blah blah blah. It's not a scam. Weed delivery services will VERY OFTEN change the name of their business to not raise any flags with the banks. If it is fraudulent then know it's not the company itself that's committing it. Scammers out there exist and being that I work at a bank I see/hear the same question all the time "I don't use my debit card for anything", "how did they get my information?", "it's a new card". You all don't understand how EASY it is to obtain this information. For those of you that are saying they they just discovered a actual fraudulent charge and another..... honestly do a better job monitoring your accounts. Ofcourse you rely on the bank to keep your funds protected but these things happen more often than not. Monitor your accounts every other day or so. I don't know how some of you go in months without actually looking at your bank accounts. read more

As I write this review, I note there are four reviews that have been posted ahead of mine and that I see that I am not alone. Prior to this afternoon, I had never heard of Universal Logistics, LLC. Then, out of the blue, I receive two notifications from my bank that my debit card has been charged $156.07 and $150.99 respectively in two charges from "Universal Logistics, LLC." I immediately contacted the fraud department of my bank. I will be reimbursed for the fraudulent activity, but not for up to 10 business days. Also, they were not able to stop the charges, so whoever is on the other end of "Universal Logistics, LLC" received $307.06 of my money. My bank also had to shut down my debit card to stop any future fraudulent charges meaning I will need to update card numbers all over. A hassle, obviously, but worth it to stop this fraudulent activity from happening again. Screw you, Universal Logistics, LLC. I hope someone is able to put a stop to this SCAM. read more

Like every other one star review on here, this company tried to charge my credit card for almost $500. Luckily it was declined and flagged and I will not have to deal with getting a reimbursement, but for anyone wondering... I don't use grassdoor or whatever it is, I've never even heard of it and this card is only used for travel purchases so most of these people ARE actually getting scammed. It's not just "blah blah blah". If you're a legitimate customer I would look into using a company less deceptive out of principal because it's only a matter of time before you're the one with a $500 random charge to deal with. read more
