Well my wife just got her pedicure done and they had some young man doing her toes and he made both of her big toes bleed. He was so rough that she thought she was going to pass out. She felt to uncomfortable to say anything. I would NOT recommend this place. If you do decide to go, be prepared to feel pain and get crap talked about you in another language. read more

Probably worst mani of my life. End result was fine but the manicure was awful. Young person doing them must have new. Spent 20+ minutes alone cutting my cuticles. Scraped gel off my nails using a little tool then with their actual nail. Very unpleasant. Not very clean either. Kept wetting my nails by dipping their fingers into water and rubbing it onto mine. Our appointment was at 1, we walked in around 1:05 and were in our chairs within 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional. I got a super pedicure and a regular manicure from Lam. He was fantastic and made great conversation, but not so much as to disrupt my relaxation. Fast but did a good thorough job, not sacrificing form for speed. Visiting from out of town and decided to get a pedicure. Was recommended by a family friend, however it left much to be desired. I was with Tony and he cut my toe with the nail clippers two different times. Then cut my toe with the cuticle clipper. A $50 pedicure went something like this: put my toes in acetone to remove the shellac, scraped the remaining shellac off my toes which was not pleasant, cut my toe nails and actual toes, clipped cuticles and my toe, shellac'd my toes, sprayed my toes 100x with alcohol for unknown reason, rubbed my legs and feet with oil. Although the overall service is good, the nail salon manager (a man) is rude and has a temper. Two months ago, he yelled at a woman customer and told her to leave for taking too long to decide her nail polish color. I am disabled and cannot remove my socks on my own, unless I use a special device at home. The manager kept telling me to remove my socks, which I tried to explain but he would not listen. I felt humiliated in front of the other salon customers. I will start going elsewhere. read more

I saw Sophia when I went to this salon and she is a very skilled technician, able to fix ingrown toenails, and did a beautiful job polishing. But, they had difficulty finding and using the colors I selected or finding something close as a substitute. And worst of all they kept double booking Sonia. I showed up for my appointment twice and was told they didn't have my appointment on the books. They treated me as if this was my fault and made no effort to get me in as soon as possible. The second time this happened I had made the appointment a month before when I was leaving the salon from the last appointment. I have a friend who was also going to Sonia and found it extremely difficult to get an appointment. It's really a shame they seem incapable of managing their appointments. The first time i was here I would of given it 5 stars. Then i just came in today and the oldest lady was the one to give me both acrylic manicure and regular pedicure. She cut my skin off from my hand and it bled, then she did it again with my toes and I was horrified because I have very sensitive skin. I would tell her and she would ignore me. When she did my acrylics I told her i didnt want them too long, she cut them but still pretty long and she said if I do them shorter they're gonna look ugly. Daughter and I scheduled pedicures. Everything was fine until I requested French tip pedicure. The owner, who was doing my pedicure, was visibly irritated and indicated that my toe nails were to small. I didn't believe this was an odd request since I have done this previously many time before at other salons. He got up angrily and stormed into the restroom. My daughter and I felt very uncomfortable. The owner proceeded to talk about me for 15 minutes straight and had another employee complete my French tip pedicure. I'm only giving them 3 stars because it was the most expensive pedicure I have ever had. I asked for a gel pedicure and normally when you get any kind of pedicure they rub your feel and legs with a salt scrub or oil and I had to ask the lady to do it because she wasn't going to. They did a good job but when I went to pay they charged me $51... she said it was $46 for the pedicure and an extra $5 for gel which is wrong because I called anonymously after that and asked how much a gel pedicure is and they said $46 so she charged me an extra $5. If you go on their website a basic pedicure is $28 so add an extra $5 for gel and an extra $5 for salt scrub that's $38 not $51 so they are over charging people...will never go here again for the simple fact that they are overpriced and false advertise read more

Decided to treat myself and my daughters to a mani pedi and was sadly disappointed. The staff that took care of my youngest was amazing and had her giggling the entire time, even added tons of sparkles to her polish. She was awesome but mine was simply sub par. My manicure request was for a paraffin dip, she did this after I reminded her but I walked out there with wax still on most of my fingers. My nails were not filed well, and after two days of low activity my polish is coming off. Additionally the staff did not use English the entire time unless speaking directly to us and that was very difficult to understand. read more
