Wrong oh so wrong!!‍ called requested an appointment For full set & pedi (they were available within the hr, a plus but also a red flag) I showed up, they were over booked. I Waited 10-15min b4 my pedicure (what's the point of an appointment) overall pedicure was okay (paid for deluxe but never got my 15min massage) she was nice though. After pedi go to chair for full set...smh Upon arrive & when I arrived, I specifically told them what I wanted & also showed them they pic & model nail (their own) they assured me they could do, no problem. Not at all what o asked for, when i expressed my dislike, they didn't seem to care. Smh I've been to many nail shops & this 1 by Far is tha worst, I will Never go again. As a small business owner myself they really need to understand Customer service is key. DONT WASTE YOYR TIME OR MONEY!!! read more

I really wish I would have left a review when the incident happened or sue but I was in so much pain, I didn't. I'm never the person to complain about a place or leave a bad review but please keep reading... It's been well over a year since then. But here it is. I used to come here for years without a problem until one day it went horribly wrong and haven't been back there since. Ever since my last incident there, they didn't clean their tools, they rushed my pedi because they were busy & I bled a lot after I left. I went to the Emergency room later that night because my toes were in so much pain, they were so swollen. Turns our I got an infection. A few days later saw my Doctor, she referred me to a Podiatrist. Had to have surgery on both my big toes to fix my toenails because they messed it up that bad. Also had to be on antibiotics because of the infection. Take your business elsewhere and run! read more

Close to my house but of course I tried them last and found out they're the best and the easiest to fit me in and they do a great job they're super nice they actually know my name and I still go everywhere and anywhere for a pedicure still trying to find who gives the best foot massage. KY has been doing my last few acrylic fills. He's an artist! read more

I was excited to get a pedicure here with friend considering the great reviews and it was close by. They had two chairs ready for us when we arrived and my friend's service started shortly after she sat down. I waited 15 minutes till an older lady came over to me, she did not greet me or try to be friendly the entire time. The deluxe package advertised a 15 minute massage. I would hardly call what she did as a massage and was no more than 5 minutes. She finished on my toes before my friend's toes were done as well, this was alarming since I had waited so long for someone to come over to me. She also didn't do any base coat or protective coat which I stupidly didn't say anything and when I left I finally saw the awful job she did painting my toes. I didn't go back in because they were busy and had 3 people waiting. I paid 37 dollars for this, unbelievable. read more

My go-to salon which I've been attending for 3 years now as no other salon can compare to their amazing prices and great quality! My favorite part is the massage chairs when you get your pedicure done and the quietness in the salon is actually very comforting as you can have some time to think to yourself and just relax. I get my acrylic nails refilled every 2 weeks and I can say my favorite styles here are the light pink ombré nails and any color of choice with a matte finish. Absolutely hope this salon stays for a while. read more

Haven't gotten my nails done professionally in awhile and unfortunately the place I used to go is just too far from where I live now. Have been looking for somewhere to go for a pedicure as I'm 35 weeks pregnant and can't reach my own feet anymore. Happened upon Fancy Nails' sign for their Express Pedicure for $15. Said why not, ended up going for their Deluxe Spa Pedicure which was only $30 and it was GREAT! The gentleman that did my pedicure was extremely nice. Took care to make sure I got in and out of the chair safely. Talked when I wanted to talk and even knew when I just wanted to sit and relax and not talk. Excellent service and at excellent prices. I have been getting my nails done by Lily for over 2 years. I have never been disappointed. Her work is always flawless and clean. I get a number of compliments on my nails. I get a standard pink and white backfill every 2 to 3 weeks. She is very reasonably priced and gives a 10% discount if you pay cash. Wow! I cannot believe there are not more reviews for Fancy Nails! I have been getting my acrylics and pedis here for almost four years now. I have strayed, trying other salons and options, but i always come back to Lily and her staff. Even Spa One's pedis cannot compare. I get constant compliments on my nails. I recently upgraded to a clear acrylic with backfills and I could not be happier. My nails look better than some of my girlfriends', and many of them pay two or three times what I pay. If you want to visit a spot that will treat you as nicely as a spa, but charge you a tiny fraction of what a spa would expect, this is the place. I recommend the deluxe spa pedi. Sugar scrub, minty mask with hot towels, vigorous leg rub, and gorgeous toenails with hand-painted tips or designs if you desire. Lily does some pretty nice eyebrow waxing as well. I highly recommend this little salon, especially if you want your nails to look their best but you cannot afford spa prices. You can typically get a full set for 25 to 30, a fill for 10 to 15 and the most deluxe pedi is about 30, I think. Check it out! Nice central location as well! read more

I think this is probably the best nail salon in Tucson. I usually just go in and get whoever and it's always consistently nice. I haven't tried their pedicures, but their full sets were always nice and never rushed or sloppy. The only thing I don't like is the parking lot because it can get pretty full seeing as how it's in a small plaza. read more

I have been getting my nails done here for 8 years. Lily is the absolute best! It's like Cheers when you come in where everybody knows your name, and that goes for lots of the regulars like me. The real miracle was talking my big Marine Corps hubby into getting a pedicure. Once I got him there, he was hooked! And yes, you do see plenty of guys there. The work done there was absolutely unprofessional and the quality was horrible. The polish was old and it bubbled and wouldn't dry. I returned within 1/2 hour to show bad results. They did them again and seemed irritated. The work was just as bad the second time. They repainted with obvious irritation. Left me on my own to dry in front of a swirling fan. The polish bubbled up again and looked really bad. Definitely do NOT recommend for a manicure. read more
