Some of my Jeep friends recommended Riverside Hitch & Trailer, and then my Jeep dealer also referred me to them. After receiving two separate recommendations, I decided to take my Jeep there. I am so glad I did. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She came out, looked at my Jeep, and explained that I did not need all of the extra work I had originally been quoted because my Jeep was already wired. I basically only needed the hitch installed, which saved me about $1,000. They were able to squeeze me in, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. So far, the quality looks great, my Jeep looks awesome, and the customer service was excellent. I have not attached the trailer yet, but I am already very pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend Riverside Hitch & Trailer. They were honest, professional, fast, and saved me a lot of money.

The lady behind the counter was pleasant but insisted on charging a 15% "re-stocking" fee. I mildly protested but it did no good, so they got to keep $6. I hope they think this antiquated policy is worth it because I will never return. Items like this were available at, you, Amazon (free returns) but I wanted to support a local retailer. No good deed goes unpunished, I guess.

His name was Luis and he was very creepy towards female customers. He would continuously take a break from work to leer me for some minutes until I stared back and then he'd walk away. He would repeatedly walk around the area not doing much just to circle back and stare at me again several times over every time. I was clearly uncomfortable but Luis continued to do it. Not only that but later that day when I went to return my truck and get my security deposit back, I saw Luis again and he was at the front desk this time. He was very curt and cold with me when handing back my security deposit and kept cutting off my sentences. If you are a woman, please steer clear of Luis and of this location as it is not safe from sexual harassment.

They gave us wrong amount to wire money to them. When we caught the error during the walk through, they promise to give us the money back. When the RV delivered, the vehicle is filthy not only dusty but with full tanks of poo and grey water! No pre-cleaning & repair. No special starter cleaning kit like they promised. No disposing of a VERY VERY disgusting smelly mattress with body fluid and sperm stain. The RV delivered on September 10, 2025. We call everyday to ask for the refund. Everyone who answered the phone would tell us the person in charge is not available. The person in charge to issue refund changes from Marcos to Christian to Justin to Jessica to Phil. Guess what? Whoever supposed to give us money back is AWAYS not in that day to talk to. September 23 we call again for the check supposed to sent out on September 22. Because previously they try to fool us again by issuing a small check less than what they supposed to refund. We asked Marcos to send us a copy of the check & confirm the correct amount. He purposely not confirming the check amount and pretending he called us. He is now delusional!!!!! Immoral scammers! Everyone in that whole dealership is CROOKS!
