The next morning I brought the car in and, what do you know, my base model 2017 Equinox had some rare type of window that can't be found anywhere (just my luck). However, Vincent brought me into his office and spent 30 minutes calling all of his suppliers seeing if anybody had the window (and if it wasn't local, who could get it there the fastest). He did not need to go above and beyond like he did, but his guidance was greatly appreciated. Advice: don't get a carwash after you get a chip. A small chip will grow by at least a foot. The price he charged me was fair and it took a little more than an hour. He gave me two options for glass and I picked the cheaper one. He told me they are both more or less the same and made by the same companies. I paid $220 which was far less than the other quotes I got. He told me to not get a car wash for at least 24 hrs or any other pressure washing.
