Basically, they can do only cookie cutter - if everything goes great. If there are problems they fix them slipshod. Asking them to fix that was raising frustration from their side! They ask everything to pay upfront. Never do that! After the job, their installation handler Josh just started ignoring me!! Why? Well, because you paid them and you are not interested anymore. Only their technician Mike is good.

We hired Roger Mesa, owner of Healthier Indoor Air, Inc to clean the air conditioning ducts and the…read moredryer vent pipe. My husband and I were present and watched the process. Additionally he took photos of the interior of a few of the ducts so I could see the condition they were there before and after they cleaned it. They did an excellent job. I watched how they opened each vent and protected the flooring and cleaned inside as well as going in the ducts from the attic. Roger happen to notice that my ac drain line had gunk and he cleaned it free of charge. Healthier Indoor Air does a great job. I trust them.
