I was the only car there so the service was really fast and they also vacuumed and cleaned the interior very well. They had an air conditioned seating area which I really appreciated. I met the new manager, Nello and had a nice long chat. He is determined to bring in & increase business which he has done for the last 9 months. He is a musician/drummer so when you see him in person his tattoos makes sense. He oversees his workers fairly and my outcome was an ABSOLUTELY clean - I did not have to ask for my windows to be retouched as I have had to do at other car washes. This place always has new people. I pulled up on Friday and the worker was laying down when i pulled up. Then this old man, probably manager came out and asked which car wash i wanted. When I picked a middle value you one, he insisted on the highest value you one claiming my carpets needed wash. Um, im sorry my car is literally a few months old with very low miles. I explained the last time i was there , the wash was crappy but i wanted to give them another chance and opted for a mid value wash. Took my vehicle in for a $60 dollar wash last Friday. Car door paint is damaged during the wash. No manager on site to talk to. Cashier won't call the manager, told me to come back next day see the manager. Of course manager not on site again when I stop by on Saturday. Went back Monday and Tuesday, no manager ever or anyone take responsibility. Only the same cashier keep telling lies that manager/owner will call. Of course no call came in. 0 star if possible! I brought my car in for a wash and they brought back my vehicle to me damaged. When I pointed out the damages to person who washed my vehicle as well as the manager they tried to cover it up and stated that the damages occurred before I brought my vehicle into get it washed which is false because I would have heard the undercarriage dragging and I would have noticed it before I brought it into the shop. They also stated they have nothing in their car wash facility that could cause the damages but the damages occurred on the divers side of my vehicle that they use for there automatic lanes. They also refused to provide me with their insurance information and now I am being held liable for my deductible to get the damages repaired because they are not accepting liability. read more

I have mixed feelings about my experience here. I do love the fact that this is a 100% hand wash car wash which are really hard to find these days. However after my car was washed, the man who did my windows didn't do that great. I hate seeing streaks on my windows and there was a couple times I had to have him come back to my car for spots that were missed. The place wasn't even even busy to do a rushed halfassed job. I got the 'manager special' which comes with: hand wash , Rain-x, Blue coral express wax, wheel cleaner, underbody wash, shampoo mats, exterior dressing, vacuum, and Air Freshener. For 40bucks but they didn't vacuum the whole car. There was still dirty spots inside my car. I don't usually leave things in my car; but I left 1 water bottle , 1 perfume bottle and 1 monster energy drink in my car thinking it was okay. I come back an hours later to pick up my car only find out I only have 1 water bottle and 1 perfume bottle. Unfortunately I didn't notice my energy was stolen until I got home. After this experience I don't recommend coming here if you have things in your car. Just a heads up to future customers, thinking of coming here. Take everything with you. read more

Zero stars should really be an option. No wonder they're never busy! They suck! I called to get a price and Omar gave me a quote $70 higher when I got there. Then I look out the window as they're running it through the car wash (I thought this place hand washed, they don't!) and theres NO SOAP. He was scrubbing my car with a broom and no soap. My man asked him why there's no soap on the car and they ran it through a second time with ONLY PREWASH. Mind you I paid for a VIP package. No under carriage, tire shine nothing, just pretreat me. I should have left then. I got my car back an hour later and nothing was done. Water spots on the car still...Finger prints on the windows still, nothing wiped down and a half assed vacuum job. He tried to tell me the milk spots on my leather from my babies bottle (it came off with no effort with a Clorox wipe later) won't come off unless they use a chemical cleaner for $60 more! Do not come to this place ever. Came here expecting a quick, inexpensive car wash for the inside and outside of my car and they did a terrible job for both. First of all, they forced me to pay 27.99 for a car wash that I did NOT want when I repeatedly asked for the regular car wash. Apparently for the inside and outside to be cleaned it is the turbo which is 27.99, which is already way too expensive in general. They kept arguing that I had to pay the 27.99 and I didn't want to argue so I just paid the price. During my wait the man inside also coerced me to pay the 27.99 price. He was also extremely creepy and stood in front of me while I was on the massage chair blocking my way from sitting in the normal chairs. At this point, I just wanted to leave. When my car was done, I went outside and was extremely disappointed in the outcome. I had a bird poop stain that they did not clean AT ALL. And the inside was not vacuumed or cleaned in anyway, just wiped down with what looked and smelled like a lysol wipe.
