I had such a great experience at this car wash! The husband and wife who run it are incredibly kind and welcoming--I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. They gave my car a super detailed hand wash and finished with a full interior cleaning using Armor All--everything looked spotless and felt brand new. Customer service. The sign says one price. I go for option 2, $30. Next to it, it says $2-$15 extra for vans and trucks. Nothing extra about SUV even though I drive a CUV (crossover utility vehicle). They ask if I want to spray my car with wax for an extra $10. Ok, no problem, thinking it would be $40. They charged me $51. I asked about it, they said it's extra because it's an SUV. Nowhere on the sign does it mention extra for SUV. Again mine is on a car chassis, (CUV). He said because the "SUV" has more plastic around the tire to dress, he would use more product. I said ok, I'll do down to the $25 option, just dress my tires, he keeps telling me he would use more because of the extra plastic around the tires, I tell him he doesn't need to do that part, just the tires. He said he would refund me but he'll charge me $10 for vacuuming my car. I said no way! He said he wasn't going to do it for free, I said I can see paying $5, but even that is a lot. I told him he needs to be more transparent with his prices. He gave me $40, I told him I'm not paying him $11 to vacuum my car! He threw a $5 at me and kept telling me to shut up! Oh heck no! No man is allowed to tell me to shut up, especially more than once??? I don't think so. I come here to get an amazing car wash and interior clean and have breakfast next door while I wait. But today it was pathetic, outside was so so, inside looked unwiped, I noticed it was done so soon, I hadn't even received my breakfast, normally the same older gentleman take their time. I mentioned it to the young man who did my car and he was annoyed and asked where, when I pointed out basically my whole car he said he'd wipe it again, but I said it was ok, thank you. I really wanted to like this place and they did a passable job on the exterior of the car. There was still mud on the interior of the trunk and dirty spots on the windows etc. For the amount of time they spent in the car, I would have expected better. The biggest issue is that I asked for NO AIR FRESHENER in my nine month old car and they put so much air freshener spray in my new car that it is making me sick. Sore throat. Headache. I have to drive with the windows open. I don't know what the guy was thinking. Air freshener can be toxic and god knows what this place used. My car is 9 months old. It didn't need half a gallon of air freshener sprayed in it. I had to remove the floor mats and schedule a steam cleaning of the interior that is going to cost me $200. So the last time I came here the prices started at $16 for the basic wash. I hadn't gone in a while because I moved a bit further. I decided to make the drive and I saw the prices went up. The basic wash starts at $25 and they did a basic job. Not the same as before. ALSO, THEY DONT TAKE CARD ANYMORE. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit hesitant about this place. It's located between a florist and restaurant. It has a small sign so I passed it the first time. When I pulled up it looked really hood and looked like a 3rd world car wash location . The prices were fair so I gave it a try. I wasn't expecting much. I love this place! The staff are friendly and are really good at what they do. The best part is that they hand wash the cars unlike the other places who runs them through machines and then hand dry them. This place hands wash, dry, wax, EVERYTHING by hand! They spent a great deal on my car and even gave me advice on how to take care of it. When they were done, my car looked flawless. They cleaned the interior really well and listened to me when I mentioned that my windows are tinted, therefore I couldn't have any cleaning chemicals on it. They took the time out to fill up another bottle with just water to clean my inside layer. They also conditioned my leather seats which felt awesome after. The total for everything was $21 but I tip em an extra $20 cause of the overrall good service! TIP: bring cash for tip after! Took my Tacoma here for the second time. First time they charged me $40 for the wash which is reasonable. My truck as a roof tent in the top and I can see why it would be that much. This second time they charged me $45. When I asked why they charged me more this time around, the gentleman paused and took another look at the truck and said "oh we raised prices now". I agree that the service here has diminished. I'm a regular customer but for sometime now I have been upset with the service. In the beginning I did not think much of it because I looked back to my previous car washes that were good. However, the service has not been pleasing me they are lacking so much! I can't believe it! I asked for my door to specifically be wiped down (I had spilled a bit of ice cream) and it wasn't. He told me that they do not do that and if they did it would be at a different price. Cons: the wait time is horrible, I was 3rd in line and it took almost 2 hours. Most of it was the guys chatting away. A car that got there after me was done before me. No actual sitting area. Not too great on customer service. And on my experience, I paid for the Super Wash on my 4 door sedan Because it needed a little more cleaning. For the 2 hours I waited the car came back super dirty. The interior wasn't cleaned, I saw the corners weren't even touched, still dusty, my seats were still dirty (from my dogs hair) and the exterior still had mud spots. My steering wheel still had obvious dirt. For the wait I expected more even though the price is low. I won't be coming here again. read more

It does not matter the day or time it is, if you arrive less than a half an hour to forty-five minutes after Mission Car Wash has opened, you will be in for a long wait. It is worth it though. The attention to detail and service is phenomenal; more often than not, I will ask that special attention be paid to certain locations (exterior and interior) and not once have I been made to feel like it was a bother or given a dirty look. Granted, I am someone who does not like to let her vehicle out of her sight for any reason whatsoever, but they do not have the best seating arrangements available. There are only two "real" locations to sit and wait; inside of the Cashier's Office (where it looks like it has not been cleaned since they opened) or outside on a small retaining wall. I had to have them redo it still looked bad.
