i came here because my car was looking sooo disgusting and i cannot commit to a membership at a car wash place haha. it was my first time and it was pretty overwhelming at first because of the different tools and settings. they even have like crossover stairs along both sides which are very helpful for people of shorter stature like myself. they are like a platform with stairs on both sides. this is very helpful especially because you can get the top of the car no matter if it is on the smaller or bigger side. there are also multiple hoses for the different things and you might have to go all the way around the car for something. i was hustling back and forth to make it in time but luckily wearing non slip shoes! if you twist controls the designated hose will make noise so you know which one (this is what i did mostly even though the pictures on the controls are helpful also). the hoses are on arms that can twist all around the car but be careful because they can get stuck sometimes. i did have some trouble with the high pressure soap so opted out of it and went for the foaming brush. it worked out nicely and it left the car clean still. ****my biggest mistake here was not reading the washing directions until AFTER i was done. it is very helpful and it explains you have to squeeze the trigger for certain things to work. i think most of the people that have reviewed messed up here also. so don't take the reviews too seriously. **** i was alone and it was early in the morning so mostly empty. however, i had a worker come up to me and he was very helpful. i asked about the soap and he explained it might be frozen (it was a bit cold and early in the morning) so he squeezed until it came out. he was also so awesome he gave me a few extra minutes for the inconvenience. the worker was also going into each bay and keeping them nice and clean. overall, i think $5 is a great value for what you get. you can always pick to pay more or less as well. buy the water and drying pressure is super good. after figure out i had to press the trigger i was set. there was even some recoil hahaha but i figured it out. they also have a few vending items that are very handy if you missed some drying or want that fresh car smell.

Try to get there when it's not busy or you feel pressured to rush through washing your car and it won't come out clean.

I have recently been frequenting this car wash again and every experience has been great. There…read moreare not many of these left with all the self-service places around. I was skeptical getting back into having my car washed but I've been here at least 4 times in the past few months with different cars and have had a great experience each time. I feel like the price is worth the convenience and quality of work done. Multiple times they've removed or buffed out marks or scratches I wouldnt be able to handle myself. I had dog hair on the interior roof of one vehicle and one of their employees absolutely killed it, she somehow got all of it off the roof, I was so grateful because I have a medical condition affecting my arms. Having good help these days is hard to find. So, I am grateful amd thankful there is still a nice, reliable, consistent place I can take my cars for washes and bigger things. I am surprised it has such low ratings, I havent experienced anything negative at this place recently, it's all been good.

I was a loyal customer of this car wash for years, but about two years ago I noticed a significant…read moredecline in the quality of their work. Yesterday, I decided to give them another opportunity and paid $150 for a full detail on my Jeep. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The detail was poorly executed and inconsistent throughout the vehicle. There were numerous areas where the interior dressing (Armor All or a similar product) was either heavily applied or completely missed. Instead of leaving the interior looking clean and uniform, it was left looking blotchy and unfinished. The most concerning issue was that the product was applied to the clear plastic lens covering the instrument cluster. As a result, the plastic is now cloudy and foggy around the edges, appearing to have been permanently damaged. Prior to the detail, the lens was clear and free of these defects. After noticing these issues, I calmly spoke with the manager, Louie, and pointed out the missed areas as well as the damage to the instrument cluster lens. Rather than addressing my concerns, he told me I was "too picky," refused to correct the workmanship, and declined to offer any type of refund or resolution. The situation became even more upsetting as I was leaving. The employee who had detailed my Jeep approached my vehicle in an aggressive manner and challenged me to a fight. Louie witnessed this interaction but did not attempt to de-escalate the situation. Instead, he repeatedly yelled at me to leave the property. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I would have been satisfied if the business had simply acknowledged the issues and made a genuine effort to correct them. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, my vehicle was returned in worse condition than when I brought it in, and I was treated with a level of unprofessionalism that no customer should experience. I sincerely hope the owner has an opportunity to review the surveillance footage and address both the quality of the work and the way this situation was handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

The value itself was not worth 1299 for just using the one time wash, so I understand why they have membership programs. However, the customer service alone would make me choose never to have this type of membership. I was asked if I wanted the front roller to come down. I was very confused by this question because the representative then told me that it is not their liability if something were to happen. He was whispering and I couldn't really make out what he was saying to begin with. So I said excuse me I'm sorry what was that? And then he repeated the same exact thing "do you want the front roller to come down" and I was wondering, what does that even mean so I asked him I'm really not sure what that means so is there a reason that you give this type of disclosure then he said yes because if the front roller comes down and since you have a rack, there is a possibility that our equipment can ruin your car and we have to ask you so that we're not liable for it. And I said oh no, of course I would not want the front roller to come down if there's any chance that it could mess up my car. Needless to say, the car did look fairly cleaner however I do not believe that it was worth the value for 1299 for what I had to deal with in the moment! No thank you!
