Something has changed within the past three months. I don't know if it's the product, the ownership, or the settings for this location. But I can tell you without a doubt that now I'm finding myself having to get out and dry off my car 100%. Four or five months ago, I would've never had to get out because the dryers literally worked well and the product did its job. Recently I even had to drive through the car wash twice because the wash was terrible. Unfortunately I'm a member so it didn't cost me any more money. I have three other friends come to this place and I asked them about the same issues I'm having. Each of them actually said "oh yeah I'm having to do a lot more when I go there now somethings different" I don't know what's happening but this car wash is not the same at all and you will have to work twice as hard to get a car wash at this location. If it's under new ownership, I will tell you, you're making a big mistake. If it continues, you're going to lose a good customer. I can tell you there are three other people who are also talking about canceling their membership, what a shame.

Apparently this place shutdown without giving any notice to its customers.. very unprofessional. I ended up going through my bank to place a block on them from charging my card. I suggest other members do the same. Ended up signing up with Superstar car wash on Hole and California-- staff was attentive and friendly, the wash was really good, my car was pretty clean! They have good sized towels (bigger than Ultras) and they have them fully stocked so you don't have to worry whether there's going to be any towels or not. Only downside is the parking spots for vacuums is narrow and it's hard to have your doors fully opened during cleaning if there another car next to you with their doors open, but it's not terrible. This location is still listed on Apple maps as "Elite Express Car Wash". As a business owner, take it upon yourself to report that problem to Apple Maps and get the website changed. I came here with a coupon code for a free wash just to be meant with "we can't honor that it's from the previous owners". That is solely the reason I went out of my way to this wash. Instead I was not offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience. I purchased my wash, it was good. The place is clean, they offer towels for use at the vacuums. The vacuum space I used did not have a mat hanger present for me to use like the other slots. My vacuum came apart and sucked my hair up... this wash has potential. I just didn't have an amazing time. read more

I had to cancel my card and get a new one so I don't get charged from this business anymore. They charged me for March and I was never able to use it in March because they closed within days of charging me. Unfortunately, the card I use does not have the option to stop payment or give credit back so I had to literally cancel the card I had and now I'm waiting for my new card. read more

24$ for a single, top tier wash...not the worst price I've ever seen. Paying for the convenience right? Drove in dirty and drove out dirty, car still covered with water, vacuums seem to have okay suction but overall, I would recommend going somewhere else. This used to be my favorite spot to wash my cars, sadly it's over all service has gone down. Starting with the actual wash sometimes it misses cycles at the end like the last rinse/wash leaving the back of your car not clean like it was supposed too even if you lay the EXPENSIVE WASH. This happens more during busy hours. The vacuuming section has poor maintenance leaving them with none to little suction which makes it hard to clean your car. I'm sure that most of the 5 stars they get is due to the fact that they give you a free small Kit upon completing the review. You have to actually show them you have them a good review before getting the free kit. read more

Don't go here management is rude! Went to that one because it has big signs now that say "Free towels" I paid with the assistance of a Team Member. Went through the wash and headed to vacuum and use the towels to find they had no towels the washer hard broke. I understand things happen but why wouldn't the Team Member tell me? I then text the number posted to give feedback and met by a rude response that they don't care and that they are bankrupt any way. Sounds like no one cares any more. What a waste of money should have gone to the one that actually provides what they post. read more

Why do you bring your car to a car wash? Because it's dirty! My car went through the car wash and is was still very dirty. The manager refused to rewash to make it right. I texted the customer support number and they said "Just Show Text" and they would rewash car. The Mgr. once again refused to re-wash car AND LIED to customer support saying that I was abusing the system. Also customer support told me the best way to get a clean car was to PRE-WASH the car before bringing it to the car wash. There are a lot of car washes around me. You would think ULTRA would try to keep their customers returning and happy with the service. Choose another car wash and avoid ULTRA like the plague. read more

I purchased two Ultra Detail packages. . One for my wifes car and one for mine. Scheduled to have the cars done on back-to-back days. The detailing was done by the same young woman on both days, I won't list her name because that violates Yelp's terms of service. But I will say that she knocked both the interior and exterior detail right out of the park. My almost 10 year old car looks like new, and my wife's much newer car looked show room fresh. I will be a repeat customer, especially at such a great price!! read more

It's a new car wash, well maintained and staff on stand by. Big for lots of cars, just avoid the weekends because it gets packed. I usually go during the weekdays. There's a vending machine for drinks and another one for towels and car scents. read more

The owner Mark is great! I had an issue and he was very helpful in communicating with me. He set me up for a detail. The staff is great and the car came out very nice. They do a great job deatailing here! He even threw in a goodie bag with some supplies ( air freshener, armor all, microfiber towels and protectant ) I would recommend going with a full detail. Only reason this place deserves 1 star is because they let me go through the car wash an addition 2 times when my car wasn't washed properly the first time, and after going through the car wash a total of 3 TIMES I went inside to tell them and they just agreeed to tell the manager didn't offer refund or anything further so I said forget it and walked out 42 minutes at a drive through car wash was enough for me Edit to add my car was dirty from the Rain and dirt we just had but definitely not that dirty to not be able to remove after 3 washes !! I used to LOVE this car wash but honestly with all the competition around them in the area I see why they're having a a hard time staying open, I paid $22 for a car wash and the car didn't dry at all when going through the fans, the car wash inside itself smelled like rotten eggs the smell went inside to my car, half the vacuum stations are missing their vacuums and there's no attendant to assist you anymore it's literally such terrible quality I see it shutting down soon read more

I usually go with their mid-tier package, but this last visit I decided to upgrade and pay extra for services like hand wax. Unfortunately, every visit has left me disappointed, and this one was no different. It feels like they rush through the job and use dirty rags--especially noticeable on the glass. The interior is consistently left streaky, and even basic details get missed. For example, my side mirrors still had dried water spots that clearly weren't wiped down properly. Looking closer, there were still small coffee stains in the door sill, the cup holders were barely cleaned, and the rearview mirror and display console were both left streaked with visible water spots. The steering wheel looked like it was simply wiped rather than properly cleaned. The driver's door armrest was still dusty and dirty. The seats were barely vacuumed, still had crumbs, and weren't properly wiped down. The center console was also not cleaned well. Overall, it feels like corners are always being cut and the work is just half-done. Safe to say I won't be coming back. I'll be sticking with in-home mobile detailers--even if it costs more, it's worth it for the quality.

if i can give this place a 0 star review i would. i wanted to like it so bad but it doesn't do the job right. soap still on my car. car still dirty after running it through the wash twice even three times. came out with a big scratch on the top of my car and when i went to go report the scratch they didn't even bother to take a look at it or nothing assuming that it was already there. every time i go there's always 2 employees working and sometimes there's just 1. i've to be honking for someone to come help out. they used to have a members only lane and one day they took that out only leaving 1 lane open with no employees to help out customers. employees always look mad and have the worse customer service. let's not talk about the vacuums because even tho they are free to the public they never work!!!! they have plenty of rows for vacuums but only decide to put two rows up and they never work!!! when asking staff about the wash they just say they are understaffed and budget cuts. that is saying a lot because this place used to be my favorite car wash and i had to cancel my membership because of wash not cleaning my car good, poor customer service, budget cuts, poor vacuums, etc. this place just keeps getting worse by the minute!! i will start taking my business to another car wash since there is 2 different ones on the same street. i don't recommend to anyone!!!! read more

This place has become very disappointing since they've opened. As Full-price member and a business manager, I would expect to be treated as a member. The four visits I have taken my company vehicles to be washed and all 4 times the tire shine application doesn't work. Time is money for me and each time I have to ask the attendant on duty to Armor All my tires (which we pay for) is just more time wasted. Long story short, last visit I had to yet again ask for the girl on duty to do my tires. She was completely annoyed when I asked the name of the manager and stated, "I cannot give his name". This is absolutely absurd and quite frankly stupid. If this girl, with her attitude and poor people skills worked for me, she'd be unemployed with her nasty attitude. So, as soon as Quack Car Wash opens across the street, I'll take my business there. read more

Naaaa, All of the pretty girls are gone. Now pretty guys with earrings and necklaces. Guys sit on their asses and not knowing what to do you're the truck in front of me I didn't check the back and a bunch of debris flying all over the place and lowers all over my car. They do not have any experience. I went by there during the week and they were already home down at 7 pm and they were closing. Ring back and cheerleaders.... Under new ownership. I would give it 0 stars if I could. This business is ran basically by kids. You can never get a hold of higher management they run away from the true issues do not know how this place is up & running. My car has gotten serious damage here.I have seen on Facebook several videos people posting warning about this place didn't believe it till it happened to me. I had time to vacuum before washing because there was just one car in front of me. I adore that they accept credit cards, and all the machines functioned well. The only thing I would change is that my car's bottom sides had stains. The wash was mediocre at best. Bought their $18 wash just to have a car barely cleaned. Simple dirt was not removed. Employees looked very unmotivated and were busy looking at their phones and having headphones in. Lots of OSHA violations. Do not trust other reviews here, they bribe you to leave a 5-star review with a "free" detail kit. Heading home to rewash my car now. read more

I've been bringing my van here for the past 3 months and have been having nothing but a great experience. I pay the 29.99 membership and it's amazing. I get to come any day, as many days in a row (if I wanted). The wash gets my vehicle clean every time. Don't see myself going anywhere else. Good price & bigger than other car washes. There's several parking spaces to vacuum your car here (included with car wash), plenty of space unlike other car washes. I will rate this high for the fact it is a touchless car wash, which is pretty hard to find. When you are lazy to clean it yourself but you don't want the car washes with the spinners to damage your car, this is a great option. Now of course, the downside to every touchless is that it isn't going to be perfect at cleaning. Your car has baked in dirt/bird poop on it for who knows how long - is any car wash really going to remove it in 10 minutes or less without significant scrubbing? No - these are honestly best hand washed. If you have trouble removing it yourself, don't expect a drive through car wash to do it for you. Now for expectations met: I drive an SUV and ir does appear that they are able to reach all parts of my car. I don't see any soap residue and the spot free rinse really does help with not having marks everywhere. I also see it take off a decent % of the dirt off of my car and cars in front of me. I once saw a completely dusty brown car turn shiny clean even with only paying for the lowest package. The wax and seal does help a little with protection against getting dirty again and overall look, but not significant enough for most people, in my opinion, to buy the package. I do opt for it because I park under trees a lot, so it makes future car washes easier. Now of course I should mention the cons that could be improved. The dryer is only 1 minute, assuming you are fast about putting your car in drive and driving forward. The slower you are (I.e. not paying attention), the less time you get to use the dryer. I wish they would either give more time or start the timer when you are closer. However, this is somewhat common so it's just what the industry does (just wish they didn't follow suit). Also I wish that the vacuum was at least discounted if you used this wash. If all you used was the vacuum - charge full price. If someone paid for the self-service or this wash, at least discount it a little for having paid for the full package. Otherwise, the cost is not better than quick quack or similar that has a membership and unlimited cleaning.
