The parking is free here at the garage and they offer valet parking as well I am not sure if the valet is complimentary. When you park on level 3 in the garage - there is a pathway to get you to the inside of the hospital entrance. The escalators will drop you down the main lobby, Advent health is big on customer service surveys and it reflects how they treat pts / visitors here. I like strolling through the gift shop here cause they do have cute items but it is pricey. The cafeteria is pricey but its there if you need a quick food fix when you are hungry.

I had to wait in the lobby while she was seen, but the receptionist was nothing but pleasant to both of us. He was very thorough on explaining the next steps and keeping me informed on where mom was in the process. Mom said she was happy with the procedure. The Rad tech was very polite and calm with her and they played some music to drowned out the noise (something she was looking forward to since her last MRI was a poor experience elsewhere). Advent Health almost always does a wonderful job with care for my family. I highly recommend this location.

Originally they told me the mri would be about an hour but I was out in under 45 minutes so I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone feeling nervous about getting an mri it wasn't bad at all!!

The front desk staff who hand patients paperwork, take and copy ID, walk patients to the back, and provide instructions in person did not wear any masks or use any sanitizer between patients for the 1.5 hours I was at the facility. Well my 1st try did not go well I had to end the exam before completion. The Team @ ODC in Longwood are AWESOME!!! They work with great empathy, compassion, and professionalism. My tech (Mike) and the Office Manager (Donna) did not hesitate to let me know that I could try again after I felt relaxed and comfortable. After 30 minutes, I felt my medication was working. I was able to complete my MRI. Donna offered to stay in the room with me and place her calming hand on my shoulder the entire time. Again, thank you guys for your patience and great customer service. I have been in the medical field over 35 years and, learned you cannot teach empathy and compassion it has to be in your heart, especially in the medical field and caring for people. God Bless C. The receptionist was kind and I could hear her talking to other people being upfront about cost differences and giving recommendations. I actually couldn't get a piercing out so I had to reschedule! The imaging tech tried to help me before too by giving me gloves and saline to see if it would loosen up. They were so flexible and i was able to come back a few hours later. They talked me through the mri process and made sure i was comfortable as well, even gave me a blanket because it's so cold in offices. The whole process was simple then they sent the images report directly to my primary.

I went and got my mammograms and ultrasounds done at this location in April, and they lost the records. First they said I canceled the appointment . Then they said I did go to the appointment but they had trouble uploading the images because of the new system. They don't want to admit that they've lost the records so they've been giving me the runaround for 3 weeks now. I was present when my doctor's office called requesting the records, and the Solis now says they never received any phone calls from my doctor's office or request for records. Solis also said that they sent my records to a completely different doctor. When I called that doctor's office they said they never received anything from them. So now I'm wondering if my records do exist who has them? Today, I was told they had the records, but they wanted me to come in for a 'follow-up' so they scheduled a new appointment. Turns out the new appointment with a 'follow-up' is a full service appointment. When I requested a copy of my original reports sent to me directly, they said they would send me a form that I needed to fill out, and surprise surprise the form never arrived in my email. When I called back and said I never received the email, they then said they don't send out that form via email. I think it's safe to say that I will be looking for a new location to get mammograms done. If you were a long time patient at Women's Center for radiology, I really think you should think twice before you continue service with them under Solis. God forbid someone has something important on their images and Solis loses them, or sends them to the wrong location.

There is also a private changing room. I had to have 2 different scans done and all 3 women were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable! She also was a pro a finding one of my stubborn veins since I needed to do a scan with contrast. The building is newer and so are the machines. It's clean & a great location.

The appointment time was 5:15 and we arrived on time. We have been to this location before and have had good experiences with the technicians and staff. The technician took my family member back at 5:54 for the imaging. Everyone has been very polite and kind. You can tell they care about the quality of care their patients receive.

The appointment was quick, thorough and very smooth. I had a follow-up appointment for blood work before heading into work so I was a little nervous about being late.
