The building itself is very clean and welcoming. With 4 dogs, I am there alot and I have always had a positive experience with all the Doctor's and support staff. They treat my dogs like their own. Follow up after any procedures to make sure they were doing well and squeeze me if one of my dogs needs to be seen, especially in an emergency situation. And when I had to say goodbye to one of my pups, they were very comforting and checked on me the next day. The front desk staff are the best, always courteous and reassuring! As a result of this, our dog developed an aggressive hemangiosarcoma cancer at that site, and lost her leg and now has a very short life expectancy, perhaps only a few months. The last thing I remember them saying when we brought her back for the second time was "what do you want me to do about it?" The callousness and the ignorance resulting in this devastating diagnosis is unimaginable.

Her wisdom and forethought went above and beyond my expectations, and believe me, I had rehearsed this terrible day many times in my head. My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups. When I picked up my dogs remains, they where surrounded by meditation gardens and considering the circumstances (pandemic restrictions) I couldn't have asked for anything more comforting and reassuring that my dog was truly loved and that I had made the right decision.
