I came in as soon as it happened and when I got to the counter u was confronted with rude looks, Kelly denied helping me immediately when I explained to her what happened.. she immediately said it was my fault. I told them I work close by and I could just take a car wash chip if they didn't want to refund me one of the car washes. They said no. I can't believe a business would treat one of their locals this way. It's the principle. Even though it's 10$ I was double charged and it's only right to refund me 1, since I only got ONE CAR WASH. I just don't understand why they were so unkind and immediately unprofessional and not willing to help me. I couldn't believe it, they must both be so miserable. I'll be letting people know in the community how I was treated by this gas station and telling my bank. Shell gas stations are known to steal from their customers, especially in WA! For example their air compressor is out of order, and they do not sell canned air inside the shop. As a matter of fact, other than drinks and snacks, they sell very little car related merchandise. There might be a couple of gas cans or some armor all, but not much else. Also if you're thinking of vacuuming out your car, don't come here because it also is out of order. They do have a car wash, although I question if it's in order because nothing else is. It also looks a little rickety. They have a bathroom outside, but from its appearance I think I would rather try to hold it until I could get somewhere else.

They also have a fridge case of prepared foods including sandwiches and salads. At the register, there is a hot food case of typical convenience store hot foods. Mostly fried. Got a pasta salad here for about $6 which was alright. Not a fancy place, you come here to just get a quick and inexpensive bite. Level set your expectations appropriately before visiting.

Figuring I'm so often a paying customer of this gas station, I stopped in, not to get gas, but to clean my windshield. I've done this at gas stations in the past and never had a problem. The employee fires out the door and literally yells at me for cleaning my windshield without paying for gas. I told him I fill up there all the time and just needed a couple minutes to clean my windshield. After more yelling from the employee, he agrees to let me park in one of the open spots to finish what I was doing. Normally, I would be on my way and leave it at that, but I decided I wanted to talk to this guy a little more. I went inside and told him I understand I was blocking a pump, and that he could have asked politely for me to move and I gladly would have done so. This guy was so shockingly stubborn and unapologetic, it got to the point it was actually amusing to me. I was informed there are 6 millions gas consumers available to this gas station (apparently this guy thinks they get customers from every inch of the State of Washington) and that I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. Considering that this hiss developed after the inspection due to the fact that I hadn't noticed before and the center didn't notice it, the screw is mostly likely a result of something that happened while they were test drive the car for the inspection.
