It's just a regular gas station that provides gas for your car. And air pump if your tires need a bit of air from you driving on these Seattle roads. The cashier listen to what I needed "gas in my car" The value for gas was whatever. The inside was clean and I did not feel like I needed a tetanus shot. read more

I had a flat tire and pulled over, hoping there was an air machine here however it was broken. I had my one year-old with me and I had to call AAA and they were just minutes away when the owner came out telling me he had called the tow truck. He said I would pay $150 and get my vehicle towed because I was parked at his gas station. I said please if you can just spare me a couple minutes to get my tire fixed and I'll be out of his way, but he insisted that I leave at that moment. Also, his gas prices are outrageous. read more

Be weary of this independently owned 76 gas station. The owner Danny (the name he used Per our conversation) sold me a 1 gallon gas container. To make an increasingly drawn out and traumatizing story short. The container, unbeknownst to me, had a hole in it, causing the gasoline to spill in the Uber I utilized in transporting me to my stalled vehicle. I did attempt to call and discuss the matter with the sole owner Danny; however, he was unwilling to mend the issue, given I had become financially responsible for the gasoline spill in the Uber. I live in the area and will no longer frequent given the product sold to me (gasoline container/tank) was defective. I sincerely wouldn't be surprised if he was removing similar faulty items from the store now. You've been warned. This is by far the most expensive gas station in Seattle. It was also probably my least favorite business in the city. I think some kids run it now. They are really annoying And it is clear they are clueless when it comes to running a business. They are also one of the slowest gas stations in Seattle because of it. Everything They offer is significantly more than you see anywhere else. Gas is usually about 50-75 more per gallon then other gas stations in the area. The store doesn't really have many offerings. Six packs of beer are about $2 more than you would pay at any other bodaga in town. It's like they have some ridiculous markup percentage on everything. Yeah it's Capitol Hill but considering they are the only gas station in a small radius they take advantage of it. It cracks me up that people still don't really go there. It would be really nice if some new ownership took over that were more business-minded and knew how to keep pricing fair. Horrible customer service. My car was boiling unexpectedly and this was the closes gas station. They had no water hose here so I went inside, asked to fill up my bottle with water for my car. Manager refused, saying "why should I?" WTF? Never in my life again I visit this place. And gas price is not that good too. Funny thing, his wife was screaming from the back room "water is optional". You know, I didn't mind paying the 3.699/gal and did so. What I do mind is when after I pumped my gas, I was finishing up a text- I don't want to text and drive- and the cashier comes and asks me if I'm finished and if I could move. I told him that I was a paying customer I'm just finishing up a text. I was the only one at the whole gas station and he said I could drive and text. I told him I don't want to do that then he said go somewhere else and do that. It was the rudest and worst customer service experience I have ever ever had at a gas station. Selected "Regular" gas but was charged for "Premium". After bringing it to the attention of the employees, I was told that I must have not pushed hard enough on the Regular (does the gas actually default to Premium or whatever the previous customer selected?), that it must have been my fault, and they wouldn't remedy the situation. It's not about the money (probably about a $5 difference) for me as much as feeling like I was swindled and then told it was my fault, giving me bad feelings about their customer service. Unbelievable rudeness. Found my way here when tank down to 9 miles. I am using crutches so very difficult to get in & out of car. Literally NO body else in the place/waiting for fill up. Owner--who observed my struggle and loading into car of crutches--came out to dump some trash then walked up to passenger window and abruptly told me to move forward because i was blocking some (apparently invisible) cars from access to the pump. I went here on a Sunday afternoon to buy me and service animals waters after a long walk. This person turned us away for no reason. I explained to him that they were service animals and the laws that protect them. He didn't care and still said that his store didn't serve customers who had there service animals with them. Hands-down the rudest employees of any business I have ever encountered. While my gas was pumping I received a phone call and went in my car to respond, my gas stopped pumping and literally within three minutes the employee came out and told me I had to leave, I told them please let me finish my phone calls it won't be more than another minute, and he literally cussed me out and told me if I didn't leave he was going to move my car for me, he then took the nozzle out of my car and put my gas cap on my card and told me to "leave or else". Went walking my dogs at about 7:52 am on 12/27/20. As I was walking past I though I'll just pop in for some cigs and a caffeine punch. My dogs are well trained well behaved registered service animals. That I am not legally required to have labeled as such, causes me additional anxiety. A business only right is to ask if the animal is a service animal. As soon as I walked through the door two 40 something Asian men start yelling at me about "no dogs inside" "that's why the sign is on the door " some other stuff pretty degrading to pets across the board. I don't think they understand the cultural and health benefits associated with certain animals. When I tried to explain to them that they were service animals, the guys interrupted me, practically yelling that the guy from the city said it was their choice whether to let pets in the store. Because of my own dysfunctional brain I could no longer speak and moved along. I've filed a complaint with the ADA and will hopefully let every internet source know that this gas station is discriminatory against people with disabilities and their service animals. Along with general lack of communication skills and flat out rudeness. read more

Avoid this gas station at all costs. The owners have clearly decided they don't give a $#!+ anymore. They will yell at you for cleaning your windows with the provided squeegies (why?), which is a pointless endeavor anyway since all the squeegies are warped, the water is inky black, and they haven't put any paper towels in the dispensers in over a year. They will happily give you change for the air compressor, which has a leak in the hose so it is really just a good way to get ride of those spare quarters in your car's cup holder and actually remove air from your tires. If you complain about anything be prepared for them to either play dumb or basically tell you to go to hell. read more
