8/7/26: UPDATE: "Check Engine" light comes on again!! Looks like due to a wiring issue. Waiting to see how much more this adds to the already astronomical bill to get it back on the road. Knowing what I know now, it should have been junked and not put back on the road. I will continue with updates! 8/4/26 UPDATE: The mechanic found other areas that were spray painted over to cover rust. Getting attorney involved now. 7/30/26 UPDATE: Now they found the brake lines leaking and that they were rusted and had been painted over to cover the rust. 7/29/26 UPDATE: Now they have to replace the exhaust manifold due to rust. They had to cut it out as metal was so thin from rust. This business works with a mechanic right next to them. They are the ones that did the state inspection. I would think that this mechanic had awareness of the issues with this vehicle, don't you think?? This vehicle should have been junked and not sold to anyone. We were taken advantage of for sure. Will continue to add to this review as this case progresses through the legal channels. 7/22 Update: mechanics that are replacing engine found "insane amount of rust" underneath entire vehicle. -------------- 6/1/26 Picked up vehicle from Unlimited Auto Sales, and within 10 minutes the "Brake" light came on. Brought the vehicle back and they filled up the brake fluid and the light went off. 6/3/26: The "Check Engine" Light came on. Drove to the dealership and they ran a diagnostic ("evap") and reset the "Check Engine Light. They said if it happens again to bring it back. 6/5/26: "Check Engine Light" came on again. Called dealership and made an appointment to bring it back on Monday, 6/8. 6/8/26: Appointment: They replaced one piece in the engine that they said was causing this alert. They reset the "Check Engine" light, and told us there is another similar piece that can cause this alert, and if it happens again, the other piece in the engine would need to be replaced. 6/10 "Brake" light comes on again. 6/15/26: Heard a clicking noise. Then it got louder, and vehicle seemed to be losing power. Pulled over and the engine stopped, and then it started to smoke. The vehicle was towed to AAA and they said we need a new engine. They said they do not do "internal engine work" and that we should have it towed somewhere else to have them investigate it further. We had it towed to another shop for evaluation. 6/17/26: Finding: Dried coolant along passenger side of engine bay up to the cowl and down to the bottom of the passenger side radiator. Evidence of head gasket sealant built up within the cooling system. Evidence of high pressure steam wearing away the plastic under the radiator cap, and the subsequent steam pressure escape path wearing a hole through to the outside of the coolant filler neck. Pressure tests on bank 1: 90psi, 60psi, 90psi, Bank 2: 90psi, 60psi, 80psi. Expected values should be around 145-189psi. When attempting to start vehicle while radiator cap is off, plumes of exhaust smoke exit the radiator fill neck. Technician believes that the head gaskets on both banks have failed, the engine and entire cooling system will need to be replaced. So we had it exactly two weeks, and it now needs a new engine. We are reasonable people and would like a resolution. Is now with Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Attorney Generals Office. read more

I purchased a vehicle Nov 3rd and the check engine light came on Tuesday. I've been going back and forth there for 2 months for them to fix the car they quoted 1500 to fix a car they sold me with defaults. It's been shaking stopping and all sorts. they are saying their sales are final!!!! Don't purchase from here. My car stopped on the side of the road because of engine 92000 miles. Ford and they told me final sale they can't fix it for free. I have no car to go to work I need to tow to ford $500...plus amount to fix it. I'm glad I didn't put down a deposit and I did have the 500 on me but my question kept leading to more questions in which I wasn't satisfied with the answers. I was told they have a 30 Day return policy wile I was looking at the truck but when I mentioned it as I was about to hand over my hard earned money the Manager told me they do not take returns. I purchased a vehicle 2/13, check engine light came on immediately. I spoke to Kate and dug more into the milage, and the odometer was either rolled or the cluster replaced. They took the vehicle back without issuing a refund. I highly recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. When returning the vehicle, the owner they refused to give me a refund and pushed me. Beware of this company. I purchased a vehicle from them and the vehicle broke down after about 3 weeks. After calling them they told me oh my warranty that I paid $3,000 for would not be valid for the next couple of weeks. And then on top of that they told me if I brought the car and put them to look at their mechanic was out sick for the next week or so and they wouldn't have anyone to look at it. They used all types of excuses not to help me. And then told me if they did look at the car any parts that they had to buy would be on me after I paid $3,000 for a warranty. I'm so disappointed in this company because their customer service was excellent on the day that I purchased the car but of course after you leave the lot they probably could care less about you. read more

Asked dealer to check out the car (controls/functions) and if I like it I would test drive it and take it from there(inspection, negotiation, deal etc.) They came out took the keys and locked the car and refused to give me a test drive. They told they required a deposit to test drive the car. I showed them that I was preapproved for an auto loan but they still wouldn't let me drive. They wanted me to bring a check of the full amount in order to test drive. Weirdest racial experience I ever had at a car dealership. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Their attention to detail and their willing to stand behind their products! the finance director is amazing as well. she was personable and went above and beyond to get me into a great car. I was so impressed with the service I brought my daughter and she purchase a car the next day. while there I heard countless accounts of customers mentioning how many cars they have purchased from this dealership- some people over 9 cars. I sent an email about a car I was interested in to see if it was available. No one responded to the email. I called the dealership this morning to see if it was available and was put on hold for 12 minutes. I called back and was accidentally hung up on. I called back again and finally was told the car was available. I go check out the car and it was one of the vehicles in front paralleling the street. It had two cars behind it. I went inside and spoke with some foreign guy and told him which car I was interested in. He gave me the keys to start it. The engine sounded okay; however, I wanted to test drive it. The guy got into a tizzy because of the two cars was behind it. My response was, "This is a car dealership. People don't make a decision by just looking at a vehicle. They test drive it first." Then he asked me how was I going to pay for it. My response was, "Can I just test drive it first to make sure I'm interested in it?" Then he says, "Well it's gonna take me 40 minutes to move the cars behind it." I was like..."What does that have to do with anything? This is a dealership. People want to test drive a car before they buy." Then he says, we don't finance cars here. I said, "So what? I didn't ask about financing. I can get financing if I need it. My credit score is about 700." Then he says, we don't finance cars here. Is it wrong to ask that question. YES, IT IS! I DID NOT ASK HIM ABOUT FINANCING. If I wanted the vehicle, I could have paid cash, put it on a credit card, or had it financed through one of three bank I am a member. I was upset and left. I told him "there is a reason why you have all these cars on the lot was because you are a "dumb a___?" All of this because he didn't want to move TWO CARS so I could get to the one I was interested in. FOOLISHNESS! That's why I hate our government makes it possible for all these foreigners to own used car lots. You got always deal with their nasty and unprofessional attitudes. They refuse to give me my deposit back in which the contract clearly states and does not name a third party finance company specifically and when I was at first approved by my credit union and then denied because of a red flag on the Carfax report which according to their contract if a third party finance company denies for any reason you will get your deposit back. I have copies of everything and because they will say I am not in their database. read more

After buying a car from Tony. In January he had Ben coming back and forth for things that was suppose to be done on my car back in January. In addition to that, he only acts on the matter when I bring up suing. Also stated that he was not responsible for the the pieces that he was suppose to replace because it had been out of the 3 months frame after having me come back and forth for months. In addition to that I asked for a warranty and assumed I paid for it they laughed whyike asking for paper work. When I asked to purchase the warranty they denied me and said it was to late. The car had many problems and when I tried to trade in they was giving the worst deal ever knowing it's interior was bad. The car was missing pieces yes as in the was taking pieces out and placing in other cars. Tony asked me to trust him after many disrespectful phone conversations. I will never go back they are not people of their word. Oh and they still have not fixed the problems that was spoke about before buying the car. Also my engine light came on I told him he said he'd get the pieces guess what the light is still on and he said it's not his problem. read more
