While inconvenient, I agreed and rescheduled for the following week. Then I received another message stating they needed to reschedule again at the last minute. When I called, the representative told me it was because I did not confirm over the phone. However, I received email notifications for each appointment instructing me to confirm through the email link. I clicked confirm each time and received a message stating that my appointment had been successfully confirmed. Despite that, the day before my appointment, they called once again to reschedule. The message again stated they were sorry for the last minute change. This happened twice. Both times the appointment had been properly confirmed through their own system. Additionally, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the scheduling errors, the responsibility was shifted onto me. This level of disorganization and poor communication is unacceptable. Patients' time should be respected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.
