He had no idea what he was doing he kept none of his promises about cleaning and sanitizing my floors patching holes and sanding my floors nor did he protect my property or contain the saw dust. The first day after the carpets were removed he did not clean anything and ran a buffer sander over my floor which did not remove any if the original finish he the proceeded to paint a thick stain on my floor with a paint roller. My husband and I returned to find an utter mess. The next day I demanded that the sand the floors again. And that was the beging if the total nightmare. He used a drum roller against the grain and was not careful to operate the machine correctly. He love large chatter Mark's all over my floor and line going across the grain. It was a nightmare. I can not stain my floors in the condition they are in now. He has no idea of how to work with hardwood floors. He will not compensate me for the damage and blames my floors and pet for his mess.

I called Brackens Painting and Kevin met me, provided me a very reasonable quote (as I was paying for the painting out of my own pocket), and was able to find one of his crew members that could have it done immediately (a lucky thing as they are usually booked out three weeks at least - thank you Mother Nature for the thunderstorms that opened DJ's schedule). I DO NOT recommend Robby's Drywall & Painting for your painting needs. He did a very poor job for…read moreus last month and will not return messages to do needed repairs/completion of the job. We have several doors that will now not shut, peeling paint (never sanded or primed!) drips in the paint, chunks of debris in the paint and cupboard doors actually falling off. Not to mention painting over the adhesive left when he removed a dry erase board , and the mess that he made on my existing molding. No answered/returned messages after multiple attempts to contact him.
