He helped two other people while having us wait when we were the 1st ones there. Accused us of breaking the phone when all we came for was a screen replacement **(cracked phone). When we went to charge the phone it wasn't working. when we 1st brought the phone here everything was working properly with the exception of the screen being cracked they don't want to take accountability for breaking the phone. we asked for a refund and we were here over 1 hour. And never took accountability for doing other damage when putting the screen on. I would stay away from this place don't waste ur time or your money!!! Not a reliable business. I came to this store for the first time mid-July last month to get my phone port a clean-up, and…read morethey did a good job for $35. However, I had a bad first experience. The first issue I got two different pieces of information regarding the process, with the employee saying they could clean it up in 5 minutes and the manager himself saying it'd take 40 minutes. The second and main issue was that store owner wouldn't release my phone back to me because I didn't have enough money in my card to pay (forgot to deposit some extra cash prior), to which I'll fully say now that I take accountability for not being properly prepared prior. Yet, what made me most livid was the managers extreme hostility and unwillingness to negotiate or allow me to stay in the corner of the store so I could transfer money into my account to pay. He said he'd keep it (for however long though never specified) until I paid that amount in card or brought back $30 cash (his generous offer), to which I had to magically scrape up due to being unable to contact anyone for a loan. At the end of it all, it was THEN that he explained to me that many customers in the past had claimed to briefly "check" their phones for something before paying only to bolt out of the store, to which the manager would have to ultimately pay out of HIS pocket to replace the lost money, despite there being security cameras catching the thieves faces. I just wanted to leave but not without apologizing for my foolishness. All this to say, looking back, I was an idiot 100% and lacked common sense and competence in this situation with no room for empathy or excuses. Honestly, if he wanted to call law enforcement to WATCH me do what I "claimed" to do, then hell we could've done that. It was overall frustrating, but I guess my mom was right. Reading WILL save your life :/
