I arrived home late at night on a Saturday after an overseas business trip, and I was locked out of my house (yes, I had left the keys in the house). I called my homeowners insurance carrier and they confirmed that I had locksmith coverage when getting locked out my house. I had some issues on some exterior door locks on my new home. I called in and asked for some guidance on either to look into repairing or replacing (I wanted to repair as best possible as these locks seem much more tough than your standard). Simon is the best in the business. I actually have a tougher job for him. I want him to duplicate my Ferrari 355 original key to a blank enzo key i bought online for over 1000 dollars. Simon went above and beyond to get the key to work with the car. Since it's not just an easy machine cutting job, he actually has to manually cut and sand the metal down little by little with precision, any slight mistake will ruin this expensive key. I have never needed a locksmith but when I did I'm glad unlock 24/7 was there. I took my son to school and when I was walking him in my 5 month old needed a diaper change. I opened my trunk and did the change and closed it. I left my keys in the trunk and all the doors where locked with my phone inside. Thank god he was working at my child's school today.
