I hadn't had a professional body massage in probably 4-5 years so I was needing it bad. Since I was off school today for fall recess day, i figured it was a good time to do it. I saw stellar reviews about Cedric and especially since it's less than a mile from where I live I thought it would be not only great but convenient. I'm on my feet a lot at my restaurant job and also lift a lot of heavy plates. I said I wanted a medium pressure/ relaxing massage and he delivered. I got the full body massage and it was amazing! ELITE massage! Cedric did a fantastic job! I've referred my wife, friends and clients. Finally came in myself. Being a strength coach, it's sometimes difficult to find someone who isn't just good with the soft tissue but also has good knowledge about human anatomy. He did a great job on my shoulder - it was very tight and sore from strength training and sports. He is intentional and you can tell he cares a lot and gives quality work. Cedric is professional, friendly, respectful, capable, a good listener (you can easily communicate what you need without pushback), and has a good attitude. He understands anatomy and therefore how to get to the root of your problem. You won't feel like he's on an autopilot routine or lost when you tell him where your pain is. He knows how to address it, and he's strong enough to apply the pressure you need to get relief if you're someone who's as jacked up as me, lol (multiple bouts of whiplash, three years in a wheelchair/using crutches, and on my third pregnancy). Cedric was kind enough to take me for another last minute appointment when I let him know I was experiencing some back pain in the form of a spasm. I booked a 90 minute massage and we discussed what was going on. He started off with some stretches before the massage that was already giving me some relief. During the massage, he was able to give me some pointers and stretches that I could do at home to mitigate the back pain. Oh my goodness gracious. I don't really review places up bc idc, but this was HANDS DOWN the best massage I've ever had. The parking was super easy and convenient, the studio was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Cedric is extremely professional and made me feel comfortable, I'm used to big chain massage establishments and this was my first time going to a smaller place so I was a little nervous, but I'm SO HAPPY I gave it a shot. Cedric DESTROYED my back, but in the BEST of ways. I had been having back and neck pains for a month or so and decided to get some professional help. He could tell exactly where the pain points were and worked them out over the course of a surprisingly relaxing hour. His office space is very peaceful, fully equipped with lights, sounds, and a heated pad to put you right into a zen mode. I'm typically a very high strung person and I learned what relaxing feels like for the first time. If you're wondering, Cedric is VERY professional. There was never an awkward moment and he's happy to talk as much or little as you'd like. Also, the office is like the Disneyland of self-care! They have things I've never even seen or heard of, and then some! Free baked treats did not hurt the ambiance either. 6/5 stars would go again. read more

Cedric Was an absolute Pleasure to work with- I travel and workout frequently and struggle with an old hip and lower back injury. Staying consistent with my Massages when I am in town has allowed me to improve in my workouts, and to have more focus on my day to day life while being pain free.
