Scenario: Residential Lock-out Long story short, I lost my keys (car included) and needed to get into my house to retrieve my back-up car key. The Job: unlock the deadbolt. Already had Unlockit in my phone given the past highly favorable Yelp reviews. (Hint: have some life saving service numbers at the ready so you don't have to find or vet when you need someone now). I called the main number and they were able to assign a technician, name provided, who could be onsite within 20-30min. At the time I had placed the service call I was 25min away. When arriving to my neighborhood I saw the van already there, waiting for me. After a quick introduction, verification of who I am - all reputable locksmiths do this for liability, he was on task. They answered all my questions and also when I stated I found them on Yelp, offered 5% discount which is awesome since we needed so much done. The security specialist came on time (this rarely happens with service these days) and called before arriving. When he came, gave me his business card. I showed him what needed to be done and he got started right away and finished and explained the bill and came out lower than we had discussed which was GREAT!
