I did feel like after the appetizers came out that the service did go down a little, but the manager did come out and talk to us to see things were. He was very friendly easy to talk to and open to our recommendations. One thing to note is there is very limited parking around here, but they do offer valet that is included if you eat there.

Not too light though - any lighter and I might have asked for more seasoning. I enjoyed the flavors of the Tagliolini Bolognese. It was hearty, savory and I could see it being a comfort food me if I were a local. I would have liked the pasta to be on the Al dente side but it wasn't mushy to the point that there wasn't any chew. Also enjoyed the dessert. Great way to cap the meal. Really enjoyed the experience there overall. Sitting at the bar, not loud - kinda intimate. Maybe 10 seats. Beer, wine and spirits. Also a happy hour to finish out a work day. The focaccia was wonderful with large flakes of salt on top and went great with their olive oil. We are truly picky Caesar eaters and this one had freshly shaved Parmesan and obvious homemade croutons. Pasta was fabulous for both of us. Would we dine here again? This time on a lettuce bed either some fries to share with the table. The location is very cute. There's a little more indoor seating than the Paper Mill location too. The inside has a nice line of windows too (it was cold outside when we went, so I didn't check out the patio). When we arrived, it was on the early side for dinner (5pm-ish). We had our pick of tables in the restaurant. When we left, it was hopping busy. Final take - on a nice day - I like the paper mill location. It' has a smaller footprint and plenty of parking. If I'm crazing their burgers on a blustery day - I'd probably come back to the Roswell one.
