Big smiles, plenty of great conversations with the staff, a warm atmosphere, and it's obvious that they love their patrons. These folks have a large selection of all sorts of cigars, and they have a great line up of wines and whiskies. They also mix up some great cocktails. I appreciate that they are putting on all sorts of events with live music and food trucks. We got the smash burger, fish sandwich and chicken piccata. The burger looked nice, two patties and plenty of toppings, but my fish sandwich was absolutely lacking. At first, it looked great, but the more I ate the more I realized there was hardly any fish in there. To me, the fish seemed about 1 cm thick with a huge coating of breading sandwiched between a bun on either side... the coleslaw needed to be sharper, and the tartar sauce added to the heaviness of the meal, not the elevation of it. I felt I needed another meal after I finished. The chicken piccata was decent but was heavy on the lemon, to the point it wasn't enjoyable to finish.
