Our recent trip to Unphogettable was delightful. The service was quick and friendly. Loved the cozy booths and all the hanging lanterns. The pho was flavorful and the serving size was huge! My only complaint was the peanut sauce was a little runny, I like it on the thicker side. But it was still good. Definitely a great date night choice. read more

There are lots of things to like about unPhogettable. The ambience is very nice. The restaurant is clean, with plenty of seating. The folks are nice, and I was greeted immediately upon entering. I liked that they brought a water carafe to the table. The restaurant would be a great spot for a larger group. The food was good. Not great, but good. I started out with some fresh rolls with peanut sauce. I usually get shrimp but chose the pork, this time around. I have to admit they fell flat. I kind of wonder if they maybe gave me tofu instead of pork, because the "meat" in the roll certainly did not look or taste like pork. It was bland and just odd. The roll itself was pretty boring, overall. No basil or cilantro to brighten it up and the peanut sauce wasn't that good, either. The rolls were a disappointment. The pho was definitely better. Nice sized portion with fresh accoutrements. Was it the best pho I've ever had? No. But, it was good. The menu is extensive, with lots to choose from. If I go again I will try something new as opposed to my favorite, which is pho! This lunch was very spendy and in hindsight I wished I had paid better attention to my receipt. With tip, I paid approx 35.00 and I don't think it should have been THAT much. Waaaay too much for a lunch. If I go back I will pay better attention to the charges. If you go, pay attention to your bill. Overall the service was better than the food, but I'm willing to give it another try. read more

I was traveling through Longview and wanted something besides a hamburger. I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food and took a chance on UnPhogettable. I wasn't expecting much but I was blown away! I am from the SF Bay Area where there is really good Vietnamese food. This place was as good, or better than some of them. The Bun with salmon was outstanding! I loved that they used local ingredients and real Viet herbs The restaurant is beautiful inside as well, very colorful and clean. I went back twice while I was there. Loved it. read more

Unphogettable2 has new ownership and is now called Pho Green Papaya. They need to change the sign outside. Nice fresh feeling open dining with nice soft music in the background. I started with shrimp bbq pork salad rolls that came with really really good peanut sauce. I ordered 2 dishes with plans for leftovers Spicy Beef Noodle Soup & Yellow Curry w Shrimp. Leftovers enuf for several meals. Also ordered their House Pho for my neighbors who invite me over all the time for dinner. Only one lady host was working today, Cassy, who was super duper!! Summation: very very good #P11 Shrimp pho- included 8 properly prepped shrimp & already had some fresh basil floating on the top of the broth, but I added the extra basil brought with jalapeno, bean sprouts & lime. Upon seating myself, the young lady was very quick to bring me a menu & glass of ice water, then also prompt to return for my order & than a short time longer- wowee, there's a big beautiful bowl of steaming hot pho in front of me. Asked for good restaurant suggestions in the area of where we were Christmas shopping and Unphogetable2 was the number one suggestion. My partner and I followed this suggestion and were not at all disappointed. The ambience, the food, the service were all worth writing a review. Apparently the restaurant is under new ownership and what he or she or they have done with the place is incredible. X1 on the menu is a lemongrass stir fry with your choice of protein. I chose Shrimp.and it was Absolutely delicious. We will be back! We live an hour away and will make the drive for this delicious food and wonderful space. Bravo! read more

We go here often and it's always good quality and delicious. Yesterday we went and the food really was 5 star worthy. The pork fried rice has thinly cut pork that was tender and reminded me of really good bacon or pork belly. The chicken pho was also thinly sliced and very tender. Often the chicken in pho is chewy at most places we go to, still ok but not as good. The B3 dish was a hit with my picky eater. My daughter really likes the eggs rolls in the B3 and the fish sauce. The inside is large and clean. They play music of classical versions of modern songs and we enjoy trying to identify the song. The service is always professional and we've never waited long for food. They also do takeout. We never regret going here. Definitely worth trying. read more

First id like to say, don't listen to the reviews this place is amazing! the service was excellent and the food was so much better than i expected. The Pho chin had me craving MORE. The music was a nice touch too. One complaint with the people though, some guy was making some jokes about the Pho that i DID NOT appreciate, he said it tasted like a STD and a woman's PERIOD BLOOD. I am so sad! This was my favorite place when it was Pho Trang. I was like finally! Amazing pho right here in Longview! I'm not sure what's changed in the last few months but the broth seems to be missing that depth of flavor that they used to have -- and it tastes almost a little fishy? Also I suspect that some of the Sriracha bottles don't have Sriracha or have something oilier added? I used it yesterday and my soup became extremely oily and not very spicy. The service has always been great, even after it changed hands, and the interior is really nice with the lighting and decor. I'm just hoping the pho gets back to what it was. My son found UnPhogettable2 while searching for a place to pick up some dinner tonight. He called me after he had ordered a to go meal. Mom you would not believe how nice this restaurant is. It's spotless, like you would bring a guest. The service is amazing too. The bathroom was spotless too. This is going to be a dine in place for our family very soon. Under new ownership and they've upgraded the restaurant and the menu... we really liked it before but we're doubly impressed by our experience this time around. I ordered the Lemon grass stir fry with tofu and it was amazing and served on a sizzling medley of vegetables on a cast iron dish. It was soo good and savory and did not disappoint!! The service was great and they accidentally gave my daughter the wrong dish but didn't hesitate to make it right. The ambiance was comfortable and nice with low and not too loud instrumental melodic tunes from the 80/90's. Overall a great experience and we look forward to going back! read more

Pretty good place! I got a tofu Bhan mi and veggie pho. The sandwich was good but the bread was a bit dry. The pho broth is decent but not the best. We were greeted right away and offered seating wherever we like. The seating area is surprisingly large and there appears to be a private area in the back behind glass doors for groups. We're driving from Tacoma to Portland and this was a good alternative from the fast food places along the highway. We'd definitely eat here again! read more

As a Vietnamese person I'm typically disappointed when I go out to get pho but not this time. We stopped in on the way home to Seattle and this Pho was Pho-King amazing! The broth was so complex and rich and proteins were generous! It's the absolute best pho I've had in Washington state and that's coming from a Viet person! It taste just like my mums pho! I will 100% be making then 2 hour trek from Seattle to have to have this Pho! The Service was amazing too! What a great find! I have eaten at half the Vietnamese restaurants in the Northwest and this one is definitely in the top tier! A welcome addition to the restaurant selection in the area. Their Pho is great, portions are large and the broth is tasty (Which is the most important part of a good bowl of Pho!). But, they're more than just a Pho joint, the Vietnamese crepe (Bánh xéo) is very good, the salad rolls (Gỏi cuốn) are top notch and the fried spring rolls (Chả giò) are solid. But the other highlight besides the Pho? The Bánh mì! They do it right, crispy flaky bread, perfectly seasoned meat, just the right amount of veggies. If my wife would let me (and it wasn't a 45 minute drive each way!) I would eat here all the time! Definitely recommend for anyone, but especially if you're a well traveled Vietnamese food fan, this is the best stop I've found in the region! read more

Since the new owners have taken over, the service has declined drastically. Today, there were four couples in the restaurant. The waitress took 15 minutes to take our order and felt it was more important to clear two tables instead. The waitress was banging the dishes, throwing the empty cups and plates around and making it incredibly difficult to talk to my wife. She acted like she didn't even want to be there, which others took notice of. Food was still good but the customer service has tanked. read more
