Arthur was attentive to my requests but the flight dates and available carriers were limited. I selected a carrier based on availability of direct flights home to the airport of my choice. Arthur did his best but the carrier is not the best for business travel. Airline communications were sparse during boarding, which resulted in inefficient crowd management, as well as missing luggage. It was no way tailored to us. We gave her a list of what attractions we wanted to do and when the itinerary came back it disregarded what we shared almost completely. She gave us several options as I was travelling with my teenage son. We felt the best option was a group tour in Costa Rica and this turned out to be a trip of a lifetime. Such beautiful scenery and wildlife during hikes at the base of volcano and in the jungle. We saw monkeys, sloths, bats, geckos, dolphins (seen while sipping drinks on a catamaran) and we even saw the elusive Quetzal bird. We did some repelling down water falls as well as zip-lining.
