I told Denny what I wanted for my hair and he obliged and told me he would make it happen. Denny is very conversational and I think I can get along with him. The haircut took almost 15 minutes and I was happy with the result. Denny cut it the way I wanted it and I was satisfied. The rate is reasonable. He was incredibly understanding and quick to reply. He was so patient with my son. I declined the refund, just wanted it fix. We went to a party were my son got so many compliments. Took my 4yr old Saturday to get a haircut and this is what we got I feel like it should be parted better right? I'm not barber but this doesn't look right. Went to a place with great reviews he did sit on my lap but he wasn't whinny or moving. The guy said we were done so my son got excited knowing we would be going to the store for a toy. $45 for this and a $50 bribe toy later... what a waste. Now we are in search for someone to fix it.

At 5:50 the guy in the chair got up, and Phill told me he had "a quick lineup" to squeeze in first. Fine, I said ok. By 6:09 I still hadn't been called, so I stepped outside to take a call. Five minutes later Phill comes running out to tell me he has a 6:30; basically rushing me in on a clock he blew himself. When I asked what he meant, he doubled down: I had a 6:00 appointment. I reminded him I'd been sitting there since 5:45, that I'm always early, and that he was the one running behind. He kept going about his 6:30 and how the chair was empty at 6:09. At that point I asked him to take the cape off and left. Good with clippers, careless with people. Book Phil and expect your time to be the thing he's willing to waste.
