He was incredibly understanding and quick to reply. He was so patient with my son. I declined the refund, just wanted it fix. We went to a party were my son got so many compliments. Took my 4yr old Saturday to get a haircut and this is what we got I feel like it should be parted better right? I'm not barber but this doesn't look right. Went to a place with great reviews he did sit on my lap but he wasn't whinny or moving. The guy said we were done so my son got excited knowing we would be going to the store for a toy. $45 for this and a $50 bribe toy later... what a waste. Now we are in search for someone to fix it.
