Horrible service!! The owners were very rude and disrespectful towards our service animal. He came after our service dog very hostil yelling "no dogs allowed". Even after showing our proper documents and explaining the situation he still was a hardass. They also tried to deny us service upon entry. Not recommend to anyone unless you don't mind dealing with rude owners and staff. The only nice staff was the older lady who was very understanding of the situation and took our side through it all. The older gentleman behind the counter was not accommodating in the slightest. read more

So I called Erotic City to ask about the cost of their pipes and such, a lady answered the phone and I barely got one question out before she hung up on me. Giving benefit of the doubt I called back asking if maybe we got disconnected. She said she didn't want to talk to me and didn't have time to answer my questions, if I want to know something I can come in there(20 min drive) and then she proceeded to hang up on me yet again. Which brings me back 2 months ago I visited Erotic City, you guessed it to buy a pipe. I believe it was the same woman as after I picked out the pipe she tried to charge me an additional $4 on top of the normal cost of the pipe when I ask for the receipt she reduce the price back to normal and try to play it off as a mistake. Had I not asked for a receipt she wouldn't have I hope some of you out there actually see this and don't let yourself get taken advantage of. If a middle-aged woman is helping you up there she's probably trying to take advantage of you. Make sure you ask for your receipt. read more
