A prior written estimate, including a breakdown of parts and labor costs on our vehicle, was not provided on December 6th, 2024 when our vehicle was dropped off following a mishap. with the A-Arm. A cash demand of $5424.22 was made by the owner (refused a cashier's check), Jason Stubbs of Invert Sports, Hurricane, UT to release the vehicle on December 11th, 2024. If we did not pay this amount, he was not going to release our vehicle back to us, even though we had not agreed to the repairs and the work had not been done yet. We went to the Hurricane Police Department. The supervisor advised us to seek legal counsel to obtain our vehicle back from INVERT SPORTS in Hurricane, UT. The A-Arm part we were overcharged for and it didn't arrive until four days later on December 15th, 2024. The part cost $1299 and they charged $2595 for that same part from SuperATV. A lawyer was retained and Invert Sports lost a civil suit regarding my vehicle on August 19th, 2025. To date, the owner has not paid a court-ordered judgment of $3840 from August 21st, 2025, over seven months ago.

I made a phone call and spoke with Patty, who gave me a few options of times for our ride. We had a group of three-two adults and a teenager. (On the day of the ride, we we met another group of three that joined us.) She gave me instructions on where to go on the day of our ride, and sent them again via text with GPS coordinates so we could easily meet our guide. Mike, our guide, was fantastic. He was friendly, took some time up front to give us a quick orientation and then asked each of us about our horse riding experience so he could match us up with an appropriate horse. He was patient with us, as some of us had very little experience. The trail itself was not all the way flat, but not so challenging that a novice rider would struggle. There are a few areas where we went up hill and then a few where we went down. Mike advised us on proper posture to make it easier on the horse as we navigated some of that hilly terrain. At one point, he recognized that the teen in the group was getting a little frustrated with his horse. He gave him some instruction and then engaged him in conversation about music-something they had in common. I appreciated that Mike was able to include everyone in the group in some way. He's a good dude. After the ride, we were given some carrots to feed our horses. I loved that part! I think the horses appreciated it too. This may not be an activity that we will do every time we visit St. George, but it will definitely be on that we remember forever and bring along some friends to show them the beauty of Snow Canyon from a different perspective.

Rented jet skis from here and had a blast. I reserved my high powered Jet ski online before hand…read moreto make sure it was available. I was a bit worried about flooding the engine which came with a $500 fee that i had read about in other reviews. Because of this i kinda took it easy and didn't do any crazy high speed turns to avoid flipping which floods the engine. I also read a few things on the internet about how to avoid flooding the engine. The big one was if it dies and someone tows you in make sure they go slower than 5 MPH, because dragging it thru the water at higher speeds pulls water into the engine and floods it. It was my first time on a jet ski, they excellerate very quickly like a motorcycle. It took me a little while to get used to the speed, but eventually got it to full throttle, i just dialed it down when it got choppy. The staff was helpful and friendly. The jet skis all seemed pretty new and we had no problems with them. They say each jet ski can hold 3 people but they suggest only 2 per as it increases the chances of flooding the engine. Also if you fall off, be careful when getting back on, thats how you can easily flip the jet ski and flood it. There was also a swimmers itch warning, which is a harmless parasite that leaves a rash on your skin. Although it was the season for it and warning signs, no one encountered any of this. We all had a blast, some tips; bring sunscreen or wear long sleeves to protect you from the sun, if you have sunglasses make sure you have a lanyard that keeps them around your neck in case they come off. There was also a $20 fee at the entrance to the park for non Utah residence, which we did not anticipate. Over all a fun and exciting experience.

Because this is the only option on-site, you just have to accept the price. But I would say the main negative was that the rental itself was pretty beaten up. Some places basically look for any reason to charge you damages regardless if you were responsible or not. - More expensive - Charged for gas - Relatively hassle free renting/returning.
