DO NOT bring your vehicle to this place of business, and I advise not to rent from here either. In the state of Utah, code R152-11-5 for repairs and services clearly states: "It shall be a deceptive act or practice in connection with a consumer transaction involving repairs, inspections, or other similar services for a supplier to: "Fail to obtain the consumer's express authorization prior to performing services that exceed a value of $50." A description that includes the make and model number, or such other features as will reasonably identify the consumer commodities to be repaired or serviced. A prior written estimate, including a breakdown of parts and labor costs on our vehicle, was not provided on December 6th, 2024 when our vehicle was dropped off following a mishap. with the A-Arm. A cash demand of $5424.22 was made by the owner (refused a cashier's check), Jason Stubbs of Invert Sports, Hurricane, UT to release the vehicle on December 11th, 2024. If we did not pay this amount, he was not going to release our vehicle back to us, even though we had not agreed to the repairs and the work had not been done yet. We went to the Hurricane Police Department. The supervisor advised us to seek legal counsel to obtain our vehicle back from INVERT SPORTS in Hurricane, UT. The A-Arm part we were overcharged for and it didn't arrive until four days later on December 15th, 2024. The part cost $1299 and they charged $2595 for that same part from SuperATV. A lawyer was retained and Invert Sports lost a civil suit regarding my vehicle on August 19th, 2025. In summary, Invert Sports claimed a total of $14,008.71 of damage on a UTV I rented. Please review the pictures of the entire vehicle, the invoice for $33,252 and make your own conclusion if Invert Sports is a company you want to do business with. There is a reason that Invert Sports has many negative online ratings that claim poor business practices. In my case, I paid for their insurance with the $5,500 deductible and refused to pay Invert Sports until I had an adjuster review the UTV for a damage estimate. Jason at Invert Sports refused to allow a third-party adjuster inspect the UTV's claimed damage, invoiced me $33,252 and sued in small claims court. The court awarded Invert Sports the $5,500 deductible on this UTV plus a portion of their claimed expenses that amount to ~$10,900. The court did not award them what they claimed, which was $33,252. Invert Sports has a long history of high estimations of damage and parts more than any price of a part you can find online, leveraging a horrible contract to add exorbitant fees (check out the invoice) and bullying their customers for light damage with lawsuits. This experience turned out what should have been a fun activity into months of stress, legal fees, and financial loss. NOT SATISFIED and DISAPPOINTING. My family and I rented a wakeboard boat for 3 days this past summer. The ease of someone bringing a boat to you was great, the boat was awesome and we had a fun time. HOWEVER, after spending almost $9,000 dollars (which was a little pricey anyways for 3 days for a 20' boat). They charged us a petty $397 a couple weeks after because the bimini top ripped in one corner. How is that our fault? I understand if we scratch the boat or damage the prop, but the bimini top ripping while doing 20-30mph? That to me is normal wear and tear and in no way did we cause the bimini top to rip. We tried to get the $397 back but they only could offer a $500 credit towards a future boat rental. Not sure if they're worth the risk, what will they charge us for next time? Good luck, read more

I agree with the other reviewer! We just had a minor incident but sustained $3,000 in damages! We were not going too fast or driving in a dangerous or reckless manner...a different customer damaged their vehicle in a similar way today, too. This business is obviously not charging their replacement costs but charging rates similar to a mechanic repairing your vehicle! I feel completely bamboozled by how easy it was to damage the can-am sport buggy. I feel they profit from this exchange and the real costs to repair the vehicle are substantially lower. Horrible experience. My friend and I fell off our ATVs, but there was no major damage to the mechanics. I can understand some of the charges, but then they tacked on all kinds of charges that had nothing to do with us. When I asked for photos for my damages, JASON threatened to charge me more if I continued to ask for proof. Jason told my friend that he would call the police if we reported him for fraud (she never mentioned filing a complaint...weird, right?) This was an expensive lesson for me to have my own close-up photos before the ride, because these people tried to get a completely refurbished vehicle on our dime for a little wear and tear. read more

Beginners beware!!! Ripped off!!! Do not rent ATVs from this place unless you know what you are doing, what vehicle you want and need AND have experience driving Polaris or similar sand dune buggies. I have quote received from this place screenshot to share saying specifically, "... price including fees and gas for 3 hours $554.60." I ended up paying $1,300 and only after negotiating $300 off their intended charges!!!!!! First they say, you might want a more powerful machine if you want to go up any hill in the sand dunes park. Reminder, I was a self proclaimed neophyte that they clearly saw as an opportunity to take advantage of another tourist. Next was the insurance, $250 for drive belt replacement. THIS IS A MUST HAVE. Luckily I did, more later. Another $150+ for vehicle insurance with $3,000 deductible. Now we are easily over $800 which, ok that is still reasonable. Now we are out on the dunes having received a warning about the drive belts and how to avoid burning them out. Guess what? Within the first 30 to 45 minutes, sure enough belt is on the ground and smelling like the burnt rubber it is. Now I am not an experienced driver but at 58 years old, I was certainly not trying to grind up a hill or out of soft sand. I was cognizant and conscientious of the advice given and to this day, still don't know how I could have caused this. After calling the rental office and requesting a belt change, employee upon arrival tells me, "they may try to charge you a rescue fee but don't worry I am sure we can work something out." Also saying, "sometimes you never know how or when the drive belt burns. Sometimes it is just bad luck." Also saying, "yah don't be afraid of the gas now just because you lost a belt. Drive it fast and have fun!" Returned to the rental facility and after a short wait was told they were going to charge me another $750 for belt, rescue fee, damage and repair time. ATV rental owner took me outside to show me damage and $350 part that had to be replaced. My response? "Your guy just told and me he found the part for $150." WOW, JUST WOW. I still have no words for the transparent opportunism. Needless to say, I told them they weren't giving me a good reason to stick around and they could deal with my bank about charging me $750. Now, I am not a jerk and maybe I should have been. While waiting for belt replacement I cleaned up all of the littering around us in the sand dune park. They knew this and maybe that was another reason they thought they could take advantage. I finally negotiated a 50/50 split on the extra $750 and left. End of story until now. Thoroughly enjoyed the rest of my vacation so no bitterness but definitely not a pushover either. BEWARE OF!!! We rented from Invert Sports which rents UTVs for Sand Hollow. They have a scam in place where they offer insurance of $50 to cover the belt in the machine. Owing a UTV of my own back in Minnesota, there is no way I would pay that money . We rented for 2.5 hours and spent 45 minutes of it swimming in the reservoir followed by my wife driving slowly on gravel and some flat sand tracks. When we returned the vehicle, they said the belt was burnt in a place because of us driving the UTV too hard. They charged us an additional $250. No way we drove too hard to burn the belt. Don't rent from this place unless you want to get scammed for more money. read more

My wife and I rented an ATV from these folks in June 2022. We had not driven these before and decided to rent the model for beginners. It had less power than the others. Everything seemed fine until we decided to take it on the sand dunes. We became stuck in the sand and had to call them for assistance. We left a message on their machine and did not get a call back for 20 minutes. Then we decided to call again and finally they answered the phone and we were able to get help headed our way. Jason finally came and towed our machine out of the sand. Then he proceeded to take us on a tour of the area (not a straight ride home) on the way home when we were following him. We had to pay a recovery fee and then they put a late fee on top of that. His effort and decisions certainly impacted our "late fee". These folks are simply rip off artists who are trying to maximize the amount of $ they can get from any customer. They could have advised us to stay away from the sand dunes as the machines do not have sufficient power to navigate them. They certainly should not have charged us a late fee on top of a recovery fee. Stay away from these folks - they are rip off artists. read more

I wanted to like this place but sadly they live up to the bad reviews they have been given. They have great UTV's to rent but over priced for the area. The staff are very nice as well until you return the equipment that is where their scams take place. When you rent the equipment they do a walk around for show. You will find that they don't bother to show you the belt prior to you using it but that is the only thing they worry about when you return the machine. As someone that grew up around these belt driven machines it was comical watching them pointing out wear and burning on the belt that wasn't there. They then told me that they would need to charge me $280 to replace the belt that they will leave on the machine because it is still in pristine condition. I then reminded them that I paid for the belt damage insurance for $57 because of many of the reviews that I read had this same issue! Belts are a major issue and I know they will get damaged but they need to show you the belt as part of the walk around if they want to show that you caused any excessive wear to the belt after. read more
