First of all, I agree with Amy W., go elsewhere! They also go by the name Invert Sports, LLC., Everything Offroad, and Sand Hollow ATV. AVOID any of these businesses. DO NOT bring your vehicle to this place of business, and I advise not to rent from here either. In the state of Utah, code R152-11-5 for repairs and services clearly states: "It shall be a deceptive act or practice in connection with a consumer transaction involving repairs, inspections, or other similar services for a supplier to: "Fail to obtain the consumer's express authorization prior to performing services that exceed a value of $50." A description that includes the make and model number, or such other features as will reasonably identify the consumer commodities to be repaired or serviced. A prior written estimate, including a breakdown of parts and labor costs on our vehicle, was not provided on December 6th, 2024 when our vehicle was dropped off following a mishap. with the A-Arm. A cash demand of $5424.22 was made by the owner (refused a cashier's check), Jason Stubbs of Invert Sports, Hurricane, UT to release the vehicle on December 11th, 2024. If we did not pay this amount, he was not going to release our vehicle back to us, even though we had not agreed to the repairs and the work had not been done yet. We went to the Hurricane Police Department. The supervisor advised us to seek legal counsel to obtain our vehicle back from INVERT SPORTS in Hurricane, UT. The A-Arm part we were overcharged for and it didn't arrive until four days later on December 15th, 2024. The part cost $1299 and they charged $2595 for that same part from SuperATV. A lawyer was retained and Invert Sports lost a civil suit regarding my vehicle on August 19th, 2025. To date, the owner has not paid a court-ordered judgment of $3840 from August 21st, 2025, over seven months ago. read more

We dealt with Preston in the store who claimed everything was out of his hands, though he was the one running the store. We also dealt with Jason, one of the owners. He answered our first phone calls but after that he wouldn't answer anything and we called from 3 different cell phone numbers from with in our family. No answers and no call backs. Worst business I have ever dealt with. This is not bad service, it is flat out criminal. The person running the place accused us of damage that he knew we didn't do . He walked over to the machine and said I know what you did and the computer will show it. Then claimed it did. I asked can I see it and walked over to the computer. The screen was blank, we said I just cleared it. I don't have to explain how obvious or ridiculous that comment is. I said come on why on earth would you clear the evidence of something you're accusing me of. He then got in my face and threatened to knock me out "like I did the last guy", I said look just refund our day tomorrow and we'll be on our way, he then refused to refund the following day, came at me with a fist yelling get the f**k off my property (while claiming to be the owner), then picked up my camera glasses and power bank and through them across the parking lot at me (yes assault) luckily he missed but broke $1000 worth of gear, fortunately the hard disk was still good in the action camera showing that we hadn't done what he accused us of. They cheated us out of the first day by providing no spare tire and sending us in a defective machine, then damaged my gear, threatened us with physical violence, charged my credit card $2000 for damage we had nothing to do with, then stole an additional $2000 from me by charging us for a day we couldn't use. We have driven all over North America and have never seen anything remotely as bad as ATV Rentals Utah. We have damaged machines and always happily paid for anything we caused. Do not give these people your credit card number!! There are so many other alternatives, I wish we had chosen one. This was a $20k mistake for us. read more

Beware of the belt insurance scam. Upon arrival Mason was the only one in the shop and he had a customer who had a ton of questions. It was obvious that Mason was there to upsell the insurance packages and I don't think they bought the belt insurance. Mason go us in our ATV and off we went down to the Lake (we merely cruised around the lake). 2 hours in the check engine light came on and I called in to let Mason know that the machine was throwing the check engine sign. We gingerly headed back to the shop and Mason tried to act like the belt was burned due to wear. He called his manager (jason) and it was clear he was trained to charge for repairs and the belt. I proceeded to take photos of the belt (looked brand new). All I wanted to do was exchange the ATV for another one. The prior renters came back to have the same issues and they were told they wore out the belt as well. Mason put on a brand new belt and the code still flashed. He ended up giving us another unit when the unit started to loose power and the check engine light came up. We turned around and went back to the shop and decided it wasn't worth risking to pay damaging their machines. Mason apologized and stated 'this makes us look really bad' after we had issues with the second unit. We eventually returned and asked for half our money back. They eventually only returned a small amount (like 70 bucks). Mason was cool but it was obvious he was trained to put the blame on the customer and the belt issue seemed like a scam. The other rub I had with this outfit was the manager jason asked 'how do you know are you a mechanic'. I explained that I have put ATV together and he responded smugly 'have you really' to add insult to the experience we ran out of time. Needless to say we were all bummed with our experience. Company full of crooks. Jason is a jerk. Booked over the phone and immediately tried to cancel because the website quotes a different price than what they charge. So many hidden fees! Jason actually called and bullied me; told me I verbally agreed to this contract over the phone and I can't cancel. He even told me he recorded our conversation so he was still charging my card. Good luck with that Jason. Never book with a company that quotes one price on their website, but then tries to double the price. read more

This is the second time in the last 4 months we have rented a can am for the family here. We have been very impressed with their professionalism, safety, care and courtesy. The vehicles have been in great shape and ran well. We have been able to explore many types of terrain all over sand hollow and have created some great family memories. We had a flat tire in the morning when we were going to drive the vehicle back to their location and had no way of airing up. They sent a technician to the house who changes the tire efficiently and was even apologetic to our inconvenience. We would highly recommend them for their services and will definitely use them again on our next trip in January. A+! read more

Upon further river. The service we received from Mason in the store was excellent. Via text, the person we spoke with was super rude. The whole experience after that was good. This is definitely a choose your own adventure type of ride. Not the ride and follow type. It's a bit nauseating and maybe not for the faint of heart. As there are lots of cliffs and canyons where you could see things ending very badly. But, this might be in part due to it being our first time and not knowing the area. Sand boarding is a must try. read more

We are new to the desert, so were unsure of where to go to rent atvs or where to play in the sand dunes. I called these guys up and they were very informative on the phone. Once we arrived to pick up the machines, Dillon offered suggestions on Sand Hollow State Park, where we found a lake, a beach and some great sand dunes to play in!
