Our daycare experience was great, minus some turf burns on his paws but our boarding experience was less than ideal. When we came back to pick him up, there was this "hot spot" under his chin/neck area. When I brought it up with the staff at pickup, they weren't even aware of it. The lack of attention to detail on my pup is concerning as you could tell it had been festering for a few days. I hate that I am now left with this uncertain and uneasy feeling about his care there. I gave them a call and was able to get in right away and we were in and out within 5 minutes! I have a miniature dachshund who is 3 1/2 years old and a little timid. I was so thrilled to discover that Vanessa was so sweet and patient with her. She treated my dog as if she were her own and made it an overall positive experience for my pup. Natalia Z, my groomer, 6 stars. love what she does for my dog and have been going to her for years…read more she moved to this location maybe a year ago and all of my experiences with the other grooming staff regarding check in or calls have been so rude and unprofessional. the grooming salon manager was short and rude when i checked in the first time only because I was 5 minutes early back in January of last year. however, i got a poaching call today from a young worker in the grooming salon trying to schedule my dog for a groom when my dog only goes to Natalia as she's always my request and i book on the app every three months as I do maintenance grooms myself. my dog does not like most people. she loves Natalia and has been going to her since she was a puppy. please train your staff better because this is beyond annoying
