Fun fun fun! This is a fantastic place to test your grip. The rock climbing walls are plentiful and are many many options. There's a tethered ropes course that lead you to a zip line. The zip line is pretty fun, even for adults. The staff are pretty helpful in explaining how things work and assist in putting on the harness and taking it off. The slide is also really fun, you get a mat to slide on and go down head-first on what seems a 90 degree plummet and land on an inflatable pillow. One thing I did see people struggling with is the anchoring point of the harness to the rock climbing rig. You gotta have some strength to properly rig it and kids often need assistance. In some of the reviews I read prior to visiting, people said it gets really busy on the weekends and the lines can really put a damper on the experience. I was so excited to bring my granddaughter and her friend to Up Ultimate Adventure Park but unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor organization and long wait times. Safety is, of course, a top priority, but the current setup is completely inefficient. There simply aren't enough staff members to strap in patrons quickly, leading to an excessive line that ate into the time we paid for. To make matters worse, the climbing walls and ropes course require separate harnesses, forcing kids to stand in line TWICE just to participate. If I had paid for two hours and spent half of that just waiting, I would be beyond frustrated. This setup is unfair to families who expect to actually enjoy the attractions--not just stand in line. I strongly encourage management to look at how other adventure parks operate and adopt a more efficient system. More harness stations and dedicated staff at multiple locations throughout the park would make a huge difference. If things don't change, I imagine many customers (myself included) will hesitate to return and may even request refunds. How can a business thrive if paying guests spend more time waiting than playing? I truly hope improvements are made because this place has so much potential--but right now, it's just not working. read more

I was excited when this place opened since there is a similar place in Maryland that's a bit of a drive. I wasn't sure the sweet spot for age because advertising made it pretty difficult. I will say the climbing walls are definitely for the older kids. I climbed with my daughter and some were incredible hard (more so due to small areas to place foot or grab). I saw a lot of parents place their smaller kids up the wall but they didn't get very far. If your kid is a climber it's worth a shot. I thought they should at least provide a difficulty rating The most painful part was getting a harness. This could be because it was a weekend but it's timed entry and we were waiting in line at least 30 minutes to get a harness. A number of the employees in the harness area were chatting amongst themselves which didn't help the perception of the process. If you want to switch from climbing to ropes you would have to get back into line to switch so timing was everything. I saw an employee change guest time on the bracelet which would have been nice if it was applied to everyone. All kids really enjoyed the slide. I only wish it gave a little more air but understand if it's a safety issue. Overall, we had fun. The walls were pretty and challenging. Arms were sore the next day. It's was worth a trip. read more

This is so different from a typical fun place for kids. It's mostly climbing walls that are themed in such a cool way, has a zip line, elevated obstacles, slides that lead into an air cushion and a pretty cool arcade. Our kids had a blast, even our teenager. The staff was super friendly and it wasn't particularly crowded when we went so we could try most everything. If your kids are adventurous, they will love this place. read more

This place is great for wearing out kids (and adults lol). Lots of climbing walls and ziplining and slides. 2 hours is just enough time in my opinion. My kids think they could've stayed here longer, but honestly, their muscles were tired. Lots of places for parents to sit while their kids have fun. They have massage chairs and a café area for you to enjoy snacks as well as additional seating throughout the indoor park. Lots of staff members walking around answering questions about courses and checking to make sure harnesses are on correctly. Wait times were extremely reasonable. It was busy, but everybody was able to get on what they wanted pretty quickly. 10/10 for my kids. They want to come back. read more

As far as the climbing experiences go, they are very cool and unlike much I've ever seen. However they are geared towards younger kids and unfortunately the clip system is hard for little kids to use. If the workers happen to be walking by they will help but there simply aren't enough of them and kids are kinda either on their own or require a parent to be doing the work constantly and following them around every second. They novelty of the experiences, even the big slide launch and the zipline, wore off for my kids by our second visit so I don't see us coming back anytime soon. It's about $70 for two kids for only two hours! On top of that, they don't allow outside food and drink so they can charge you almost $3 for a bottle of water and $18 for the most mid Chuck E Cheese pizza ever. The other part I'm not real keen on is you spend 20 minutes of your two hours waiting in line for one teenager to harness up dozens of kids. read more

Fantastic spot for kids to have fun and develop a tolerance for heights and adventure! We went for a birthday party and at first our kids did not want to climb higher than a few inches (even though they climb trees all the time). By the end of the day, one was able to touch the top and another got halfway! Their smiles and excitement after going so far made this event memorable for the whole family. The area is well maintained and very clean. The staff were friendly and always available to help. I enjoyed that the party rooms did not have a roof directly overhead, which kept the area cool even with so many people packed in a room. The pizza is amazing and there were some unique toppings like tikka masala. Overall, this is a solid event space for kids and now both of ours want their birthdays here! read more

This new rock climbing gym is AMAZING! We opted to come later in the day to avoid the rush and I'm so glad we did. The kids had a blast and were able to play for two hours (you can also buy an all day pass for a bit more or even a 3 month or yearly membership). Prices are a bit steep but the kids enjoyed every second and didn't want to leave. There's plenty of rock walls to scale, each with its own unique features, decor, and difficulty levels - even for the youngest of climbers. They also have a zip line and ropes course with staff that can step in to help in case you get a bit stuck. My kids acclimated quickly and we're running off the zip line platform after playing it safe the first few tries. They also have two large slides that kids use a blanket and head down face first (a bit scary at first, not gonna lie) and land on a giant pillow. Luckily whoever engineered this made the slope the right angles because kids don't get launched into outer space and it's not as scary as it looks haha. There's also a mesh hammock type of caterpillar that kids can take off their shoes and explore right above the main checkin desk. If that's not enough the have an arcade and a restaurant on site with more than your average options. This place is awesome but wish there was a more affordable monthly option to purchase. My kids already want to have their birthdays here this year. Also- we had some really great interactions with the team members during our visit so shout out to Raleigh and Maddy. Great experience! I feel like this place is very well priced for what you get. It's such a cool climbing concept and you only have to pay for the kids who are climbing. There's still lots of options for younger kids who are tagging along (maybe not toddlers, but 3 and up is good). Their food was great and not crazy expensive. This place was a blast. My 10yo and 6yo both played for a straight 2 hours and are now tired to death. They also want to have their parties here now. But that's not why I'm writing this review. The dude at the counter recommended the Tiki Masala pizza and I was like "yeah sure..." Then he insisted and I said meh ok sure.. wtf... how was this so damn good. We hosted our sons birthday party had very bad experience on food service.we pre ordered the food along with booking the event itself and also called and email in advance to confirm on food items but they did not deliver many of the order.we had many guest we felt so bad that we couldn't treat our guest. when asking they said order was deliver in another party room or its kitchen fault bla bla.They do not allow outside food also for party but could not handle couple of party also very bad experience hosting party. read more
