    Climbing wall

I was excited when this place opened since there is a similar place in Maryland that's a bit of a drive. I wasn't sure the sweet spot for age because advertising made it pretty difficult. I will say the climbing walls are definitely for the older kids. I climbed with my daughter and some were incredible hard (more so due to small areas to place foot or grab). I saw a lot of parents place their smaller kids up the wall but they didn't get very far. If your kid is a climber it's worth a shot. I thought they should at least provide a difficulty rating The most painful part was getting a harness. This could be because it was a weekend but it's timed entry and we were waiting in line at least 30 minutes to get a harness. A number of the employees in the harness area were chatting amongst themselves which didn't help the perception of the process. If you want to switch from climbing to ropes you would have to get back into line to switch so timing was everything. I saw an employee change guest time on the bracelet which would have been nice if it was applied to everyone. All kids really enjoyed the slide. I only wish it gave a little more air but understand if it's a safety issue. Overall, we had fun. The walls were pretty and challenging. Arms were sore the next day. It's was worth a trip.

This is so different from a typical fun place for kids. It's mostly climbing walls that are themed in such a cool way, has a zip line, elevated obstacles, slides that lead into an air cushion and a pretty cool arcade. Our kids had a blast, even our teenager. The staff was super friendly and it wasn't particularly crowded when we went so we could try most everything. If your kids are adventurous, they will love this place.

Really fun indoor climbing and ziplining. Also has games and slides. Food also available.

This place is great for wearing out kids (and adults lol). Lots of climbing walls and ziplining and slides. 2 hours is just enough time in my opinion. My kids think they could've stayed here longer, but honestly, their muscles were tired. Lots of places for parents to sit while their kids have fun. They have massage chairs and a café area for you to enjoy snacks as well as additional seating throughout the indoor park. Lots of staff members walking around answering questions about courses and checking to make sure harnesses are on correctly. Wait times were extremely reasonable. It was busy, but everybody was able to get on what they wanted pretty quickly. 10/10 for my kids. They want to come back.

Fantastic spot for kids to have fun and develop a tolerance for heights and adventure! We went for a birthday party and at first our kids did not want to climb higher than a few inches (even though they climb trees all the time). By the end of the day, one was able to touch the top and another got halfway! Their smiles and excitement after going so far made this event memorable for the whole family. The area is well maintained and very clean. The staff were friendly and always available to help. I enjoyed that the party rooms did not have a roof directly overhead, which kept the area cool even with so many people packed in a room. The pizza is amazing and there were some unique toppings like tikka masala. Overall, this is a solid event space for kids and now both of ours want their birthdays here!

This new rock climbing gym is AMAZING! We opted to come later in the day to avoid the rush and I'm so glad we did. The kids had a blast and were able to play for two hours (you can also buy an all day pass for a bit more or even a 3 month or yearly membership). Prices are a bit steep but the kids enjoyed every second and didn't want to leave. There's plenty of rock walls to scale, each with its own unique features, decor, and difficulty levels - even for the youngest of climbers. They also have a zip line and ropes course with staff that can step in to help in case you get a bit stuck. My kids acclimated quickly and we're running off the zip line platform after playing it safe the first few tries. They also have two large slides that kids use a blanket and head down face first (a bit scary at first, not gonna lie) and land on a giant pillow. Luckily whoever engineered this made the slope the right angles because kids don't get launched into outer space and it's not as scary as it looks haha. There's also a mesh hammock type of caterpillar that kids can take off their shoes and explore right above the main checkin desk. If that's not enough the have an arcade and a restaurant on site with more than your average options. This place is awesome but wish there was a more affordable monthly option to purchase. My kids already want to have their birthdays here this year. Also- we had some really great interactions with the team members during our visit so shout out to Raleigh and Maddy. You guys rock!

The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

But they loved it, especially the gigantic green monster that would occasionally pop up and tower over the course. There are many different packages you can purchase. I ended up going with the combo golf and arcade package. It was a fairly good deal and I knew there was no way I would be getting out of this place without my kids playing a few rounds of Air Hockey and Skee-ball. I also enjoy a good arcade game myself. Some of the games, not all of them, dispense digital tickets. We managed to collect enough to get some fun toys including a spider that would crawl down a wall and an ice cream cone where you can launch the ice cream right off. My son thought this was the best invention ever! Overall, our time here was spectacular. We can't wait to visit again!

As we walked around, I saw several arcade games that instantly brought back memories from the early 1980s -- the same kinds of games I grew up playing. Watching the Enterprise light up and move up and down was just awesome, and sharing that moment with my kids made it even better. I also want to mention how impressed I was with the bathroom. It was very clean and surprisingly private -- the stalls have walls that go all the way from the ceiling down to the floor with no gaps, which you rarely see in public restrooms. It made the whole visit feel even more comfortable. Spinners is a great mix of nostalgia, modern arcade fun, and thoughtful details. We had a fantastic family day.

I had some friends visiting from Jamaica with their two children, ages 10 and 7. We stopped by on a Monday morning between 10 a.m. and noon, so it wasn't very busy. The facility was clean, the games were working, and most of the equipment felt modern and well-maintained. That's important because nobody wants to spend money at an arcade filled with outdated or broken games. After reading some of the reviews, I decided not to take a chance on the food, and while the location is beginning to show its age in a few areas, it still delivers a fun experience. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Great customer service can turn an average experience into a memorable one, and that's exactly what happened here. During our visit, one of the games appeared to glitch during a big win for the family from Jamaica, causing them to miss out on what they believed were a significant number of tickets. I explained the situation to the employee working at prize redemption. He and I both understood that it was possible the win had been misread, but the family was adamant about what they saw. Instead of dismissing their concerns or rigidly sticking to policy, he handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. With a smile and some friendly banter, he jokingly gave them a hard time before saying, "I got you, let me see your card." He adjusted the ticket balance, and honestly, it made their day. What may have seemed like a small gesture could have easily been the difference between a disappointing experience and a great memory for those kids. They left smiling and talking about how it was the most fun they'd had during their visit. I personally refuse to spend money at places where I feel unwelcome, so moments like this matter. Exceptional customer service keeps people coming back, and this experience earned my future business. If the rest of the staff conducts themselves with the same level of care and professionalism as this gentleman, this place has a lot to be proud of.

I do not plan to return and would not recommend this location unless major improvements are made. Before booking, I called to ask about compensation for shoe rentals since everyone in my party owns their own bowling shoes and equipment. I was told food or beverage compensation would be provided. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff seemed confused, and after a long delay, we were given arcade credit instead, which was not what was promised. Once we began bowling, the lane condition was unacceptable. Staff confirmed the lane had not been oiled in over two days and it was visibly dirty. It took over 30 minutes to clean my bowling ball and another 30 minutes to clean my girlfriend's. The lack of oil caused the ball to behave unpredictably, making proper play nearly impossible and risking damage to our equipment. The group bowling next to us repeatedly ignored basic bowling etiquette--throwing multiple balls at once and launching them excessively hard. At one point, a ball bounced into our lane, which was unsafe. One female staff member did her best to address the issue and deserves credit, but the behavior resumed shortly after. This situation highlighted a need for better staff training and consistent rule enforcement. There were also frequent scoring issues, as the pinsetter incorrectly registered frames and required constant manual corrections. The food was equally disappointing--the pretzel sticks tasted stale, as if reheated and left sitting. For nearly $100 for two hours of bowling, I expected a much better experience. The high prices, poor lane conditions, mediocre customer service, and lack of oversight made this an extremely frustrating visit. This location feels more like "boutique bowling" and is not suited for serious or competitive bowlers.

The arena is the right level of dark with fog machines running too. There are several platforms with various access ramps. There are always rapid fire and mega power Gems for upgrades and a third that rotates by game (invisibility, invulnerability, dark thief), so definitely sign up for 3 games if you can to experience the full rotation.
