I have been going to Danny Chad for the past eight years and every time he gives me what I want. I wanted to dye my hair blonde and cut it into a bob. He listened to what I wanted and after a few hours He did a far better job than I could have imagined. I always recommend him to others that are looking for a good stylist who knows style color cut and that is why Danny Chad will always be my stylist. He even does my brothers hair which my brother is so picky but Danny Chad knows hair and knows style. I've been in search of a good hair salon for a little more than a year now. I've always dreaded going to the wrong Person and being stuck with a really bad haircut. I called last week and made an appointment due to the upgrade salons good reviews. As well as the fact I have been so frustrated with my dead, flat hair. I was desperate. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Since it was my first time, I didn't request anyone in particular. Bianca called me over to her chair and I started going over what I wanted. I told her I really wanted to keep my length and add some layers for volume. And boy, does she know what she's doing! I went in for a basic haircut but I came out absolutely loving my new hair. She suggested a clear gloss for my hair so I walked out with THE SOFTEST SILKIEST HAIR EVER. The prices are very appropriate for what they do. I am a strong believer of "you get what you pay for". I have gone 2 times to do my hair there. The first time I had an appointment and I didn't get my hair started till more than an hour later. I was the first one there too! I liked the way Sandra did my highlights and cut so I decided to go again for my touch up. I had my appointment at 10 and i didn't get my hair started more than an hour later AGAIN! The only reason I go back is because I'm actually REALLY pleased with the results and don't wanna go somewhere else and them make my highlights look different,BUT they should really work on their schedule. read more

dont respond to reviews like we are in the wrong. i wasnt told about the 7 day policy it wouldnt have mattered anyway because after spending 5 hours in the chair do u think i want to come back to cause further damage? and who cares how long it took me to review. i thought maybe it just needed to grow on me and id like it eventually but i didnt...i told her it was too dark when she was mixing and applying it to my hair then AGAIN after she rinsed it out. she said it would lighten up so i gave it some time. and it didnt lighten up at all.. so dont try to justify mistakes by putting blame on me. Hard to please? My reviews are based on my experiences. And by your private response it's clear that you lack in business etiquette. Just for the record you didn't refuse service to anybody I refuse to go back before you even said anything to me so don't beg for my hard earned money and then go privately message me some absurd comment sad thing is I had originally given u 3 stars because u did try. Terrible place. Not sure what the guy's name was, but the guy rushed my haircut. I was literally done in 5 minutes. Ruined a basic low fade. My hair is all chopped up. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I only came here because my regular barber closed early that day. Wouldn't recommend this to anybody unless you're trying to look like a clown read more
